Claims (14)
- 被験者が呼吸するのを補助する呼吸補助デバイスと共に使用するための制御ユニットであって、
前記被験者への吸入性療法の送達が吸入性治療デバイスで手動で引き起こされる時刻を検出し、
前記被験者が眠りについているかどうかを検出し、且つ
前記被験者が眠りについていることを検出した後に、前記吸入性治療デバイスを制御して、前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達が手動で引き起こされた検出時刻に続く少なくとも所定の長さの時間で、前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達を自動的に引き起こす、
ように構成され、
前記吸入性治療デバイスは、ネブライザ、単一投与吸入器、又は定量投与吸入器を含む、
制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記被験者が依然として眠っていると検出されるならば、前記吸入性治療デバイスを制御して、前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達を自動的に引き起こす、
ように構成される、
請求項1に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記吸入性治療デバイスを制御して、前記所定の長さの時間の満了後に前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達を自動的に引き起こす、
ように構成される、
請求項1又は2に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記被験者の睡眠段階を検出し、且つ
前記被験者が所定の睡眠段階にあることが検出されるならば、前記吸入性治療デバイスを制御して、前記所定の長さの時間の満了後に、前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達を自動的に引き起こす、
ように構成される、
請求項3に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記被験者の睡眠段階を検出し、且つ
前記吸入性治療デバイスを制御して、前記所定の長さの時間の満了後に、前記被験者が所定の睡眠段階にあることが検出されるときに、前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達を自動的に引き起こす、
ように構成される、
請求項1又は2に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記被験者から取得される眼球運動データ及び/又は生理学的特性データから前記被験者の前記睡眠段階を検出する、
ように構成される、
請求項4又は5に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記所定の睡眠段階は、急速眼球運動睡眠段階である、請求項4、5又は6に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記制御ユニットは、
前記呼吸補助デバイスによって検出される前記被験者の呼吸パターンに基づいて前記被験者が眠りについているかどうかを検出する
ように構成される、
請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記吸入性治療デバイスを制御して、前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達が手動で引き起こされた前記検出時刻に続く少なくとも所定の長さの時間で開始する所定の時間間隔で、前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達を自動的に引き起こす
ように構成される、
請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記吸入性治療デバイスを制御して、
前記被験者についての推定される目覚め時刻、及び
前記被験者の1つ又はそれよりも多くの症状の開始についての推定される時刻
のうちの任意の1つ又はそれよりも多くの前の所定の時刻に、
前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達を更に自動的に引き起こす
ように構成される、
請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。 - 前記吸入性療法は、薬剤、生理食塩水療法、及び湿度療法のうちの1つ又はそれよりも多くを含む、請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。
- 前記呼吸補助デバイスは、
連続気道陽圧デバイス、
非侵襲的換気デバイス、又は
酸素送達デバイスを含む、
請求項1乃至11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット。 - 被験者が呼吸するのを補助する呼吸補助デバイスと共に使用するための制御ユニットの作動方法であって、
前記被験者への吸入性療法の送達が吸入性治療デバイスで手動で引き起こされる時刻を検出すること、
前記被験者が眠りについているかどうかを検出すること、及び
前記被験者が眠りについていることを検出した後に、前記吸入性治療デバイスを制御して、前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達が手動で引き起こされた検出時刻に続く少なくとも所定の長さの時間で、前記被験者への前記吸入性療法の送達を自動的に引き起こすことを含み、
前記吸入性治療デバイスは、ネブライザ、単一投与吸入器、又は定量投与吸入器を含む、
作動方法。 - コンピュータ可読媒体を含むコンピュータプログラム製品であって、
