Description
−40%から95%のジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO);
−1%から60%の少なくとも1種類のアミン;
−0%から30%の水;及び
−0%から10%の少なくとも1種類の添加剤
を含む、好ましくはそれらからなる組成物に関するものである。
−50%から95%、好ましくは60%から97%のジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO);
−1%から30%、好ましくは2%から20%の少なくとも1種類のアミン;
−0%から30%の水、好ましくは0%から15%の水;及び
−0%から10%、好ましくは0%から5%の少なくとも1種類の添加剤
を含み、好ましくはこれらからなる。

−1%から60%の少なくとも1種類のアミン;
−1%から30%の水;及び
−0%から10%の少なくとも1種類の添加剤
を含む、好ましくはそれらからなる組成物に関するものである。
−50%から95%、好ましくは60%から97%のジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO);
−1%から30%、好ましくは2%から20%の少なくとも1種類のアミン;
−1%から30%の水、好ましくは1%から15%の水;及び
−0%から10%、好ましくは0%から5%の少なくとも1種類の添加剤
を含む、好ましくはこれらからなる組成物に関するものである。
−50%から95%、好ましくは60%から97%のジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)/非窒素系溶媒混合物(その非窒素系溶媒はアルコール類、エーテル類及びエステル類から選択される。);
−1%から30%、好ましくは2%から20%の少なくとも1種類のアミン;
−0%から30%の水、好ましくは0%から15%の水;及び
−0%から10%、好ましくは0%から5%の少なくとも1種類の添加剤
を含む、好ましくはそれらからなる組成物に関するものである。
−50%から95%、好ましくは60%から97%のジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)/非窒素系溶媒の混合物(その非窒素系溶媒はアルコール類、エーテル類及びエステル類から選択される。);
−1%から30%、好ましくは2%から20%の少なくとも1種類のアミン;
−1%から30%の水、好ましくは1%から15%の水;及び
−0%から10%、好ましくは0%から5%の少なくとも1種類の添加剤
を含む、好ましくはそれらからなる組成物に関するものである。
靴底鋳型に由来するポリウレタン残留物を用いて、本発明を説明する試験を行った。
DMSO(95.5%)及びジアセトンアルコール(4.5%)の混合物を用いて、実施例1と同じプロトコールを繰り返す。DMSOでの場合のように、サンプル浸漬を18時間行った後であっても、PUの膨潤がDMSO/ジアセトンアルコール混合物中で認められるが、溶解は認められない。
DMSO(95.5%)及びモノエタノールアミン(4.5%)の混合物を用い、60℃で18時間の浸漬を行って、実施例1と同じプロトコールを繰り返す。
DMSO/MEoA(95.5%/4.5%)組成物及びDMSO/MEoA/水(87.5%/4.5%/8%)組成物を比較しながら、実施例1と同じプロトコールを繰り返す。
さらに実施例1に記載のプロトコールにより、DMSO中のMEoAの濃度を1%から5%に変えながら、PUサンプル溶解試験を行う。
DMSOの結晶点は18.5℃であり、冬にはしばしば貯蔵及び取り扱い上の問題を引き起こす。
水含有量を変えてDMSO/MEoA/水組成物を比較しながら、実施例1と同じプロトコールを繰り返す。
DMSO(50重量%)及びグルタル酸ジメチル(50重量%)の混合物を用いて、実施例1と同じプロトコールを繰り返す。DMSOでの場合のように、DMSO/2−メチルグルタル酸ジメチル混合物中でPUの膨潤が認められるが、サンプルを18時間浸漬した後であっても溶解は認められない。
Claims (12)
- −50重量%から95重量%のジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO);
−1重量%から30重量%の少なくとも1種類のアミン;
−4重量%から15重量%の添加水;及び
−0重量%から10重量%の少なくとも1種類の添加剤(ただし添加剤は塩基を含まない)
から成る、ポリマーを部分的又は完全に溶解させるための組成物。 - 前記アミンが、500ダルトン未満の分子量を有する1級、2級又は3級アミンである請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記アミンが、1個のアミン官能基及び少なくとも1個の酸素原子を含む請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記アミンが、ヒドロキシアルキル及びアルコキシアルキルから選択される1個若しくは2個の基を含み、アルキルがメチル、エチル、プロピル又はブチルを表す請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記アミンが、モノエタノールアミン(MEoA)、ジエタノールアミン(DEoA)、プロパノールアミン(PoA)、ブチル−イソプロパノールアミン(BiPoA)、イソプロパノールアミン(iPoA)、2−[2−(3−アミノプロポキシ)エトキシ]エタノール、N−2−ヒドロキシエチルジエチレントリアミン、(3−メトキシ)プロピルアミン(MoPA)、3−イソプロポキシプロピルアミン(IPOPA)及びトリエチルアミン(TEA)から選択される請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 80重量%から90重量%のDMSO、2重量%から9重量%のMEoA及び5重量%から15重量%の水を含む請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記DMSOが、DMSOと前記組成物と適合性であるアルコール類、エーテル類、エステル類から選択される、少なくとも1種類の他の非窒素系溶媒との混合物である請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記DMSOが、DMSOと少なくとも1種類の他の非窒素系溶媒との混合物であり、当該DMSO/非窒素系の溶媒重量比が99/1から30/70である請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが熱可塑性ポリマー又は熱硬化性ポリマーである請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーがポリウレタンである請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
- プラスチックの成形で使用される装置表面に存在するポリマー残留物のクリーニング方法であって、前記ポリマー残留物で汚染された前記装置を環境温度から90℃の温度で請求項1から10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも一つの組成物と接触させる段階を少なくとも一つ有する方法。
- 前記プラスチックの成形で使用される前記装置が鋳型、注入ノズル、押出スクリューである請求項11に記載の方法。
