Claims (3)
- 低パッフィングニードルコークスを生成する方法において、
a)コールタールを選択するステップと、
b)溶けてないキノリンを前記コールタールから除去して、溶けていないキノリンが減少したコールタールを生成するステップと、
c)前記溶けてないキノリンが減少したコールタールを、200m2/g〜3000m 2 /gの表面積を有する活性炭を含む活性炭窒素除去システムに通過させて、窒素が減少したコールタールを作成するステップと、
d)前記窒素が減少したコールタールをコークス化するステップと、
e)前記窒素が減少したコールタールから得られた前記コークスをか焼してか焼低パッフィングニードルコークスを生成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする低パッフィングニードルコークスを生成する方法。 - 前記活性炭が、酸洗浄された又は部分的に中和された活性炭であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低パッフィングニードルコークスを生成する方法。
- 前記活性炭が、微小孔、メソ細孔、および、マクロ孔からなる細孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の低パッフィングニードルコークスを生成する方法。
