Claims (2)
- 駆動源により鉛直方向に成形型を型締めし、セットされたワークを加圧加工するプレス機であって、駆動源が油圧シリンダとシリンダロッドを備えて構成されており、
鉛直な軸線周りで回転可能なレボルバーを備え、駆動源がレボルバーの下側に配置されており、このレボルバーに複数のホルダが軸線周りに並ぶように取り付けられており、
各ホルダが、成形型を取り付けるための少なくとも2枚のダイプレートと鉛直方向のタイロッドとを備え、最も上のものを除くダイプレートにタイロッドが通る孔があってそのダイプレートがタイロッドに沿って上下に可動になっており、最も上のダイプレートから吊支柱が吊るされ、この吊支柱の途中にストッパが位置調節可能に固定されて、このストッパで可動のダイプレートの下降限を定める構成となっており、
各ホルダのダイプレートに少なくとも一対の成形型が取り付けられ、少なくともひとつのホルダに複数対の成形型が上下に直列に支持されており、
レボルバーを回転させることによって任意のホルダを加圧加工を行う位置に移動させることができ、加圧加工を行う位置に来たホルダに対し、駆動源のシリンダロッドが突き出すとダイプレートが上昇して成形型が閉じ、シリンダロッドが下がるとダイプレートがストッパにより定まる下降限まで自重で下降して成形型が開くようになっているプレス機。 - 請求項1に記載のプレス機であって、
加圧加工が完了するごとに、加圧加工されたワークを保持するホルダが加圧加工を行う位置とは別の位置へ移動し、かつ他のホルダが加圧加工を行う位置に移動するように、レボルバーが回転するプレス機。
