Claims (14)
- 電極活性材料がその片面または両面に付加される連続電極シートを単位電極の間隔で切込み加工して、複数の単位電極を前記電極シートから形成するための装置において、
前記連続して輸送される電極シートの位置に従って前記電極シートと一緒に後方へ移動するのと同時に前記電極シートの上部および下部に切込みをプレス加工し、この切込みのプレス加工の後、次いで元の位置に戻ることを繰り返すプレス機と、
前記電極シートの供給方向に基づいて前記プレス機の後部に配置される引出し部材であって、前記プレス機の動作に従って前記単位電極に対応するサイズである1ピッチずつ前記電極シートを引き出して輸送する引出し部材と、
を含む装置。 - 前記電極シートの輸送のために前記電極シートに印加される張力は、前記プレス機が後方へ移動するのと同時に切込みをプレス加工する間に前記引出し部材だけから供給される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記引出し部材は、把持することによって前記電極シートを引き出すための2つ以上のグリッパーまたは回転することによって前記電極シートを引き出すための2つ以上のローラーを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記グリッパーの1つが前記電極シートを引き出して輸送するとき、残りのグリッパーは引き出すための位置に移動する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記グリッパーは、前記電極シートを交互に引き出すために、前記プレス機に隣接する第1のグリッパーおよび前記第1のグリッパーの後部に配置される第2のグリッパーを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のグリッパーが、前記電極シートを前記プレス機から引き出し、それを輸送する間に、前記第2のグリッパーは、引き出すための前記位置に戻り、前記第1のグリッパーの輸送が終了するとすぐに前記電極シートを前記プレス機から輸送し始める、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ローラーは所定速度で回転する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記切込みは、前記切込みが互いに対称であるように前記電極シートの前記上部および前記下部にそれぞれ形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プレス機は、一回のプレス加工動作によって複数の切込みを形成するために少なくとも2つの空洞を有するモールドを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電極シートがそれの移動方向に2つ以上のライン単位に分けられ、2つ以上の単位電極が1ピッチでそれぞれのライン単位に形成されるように、前記プレス機はライン単位間に切込みをプレス加工する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- グリッパーの輸送方向と反対の方向で前記プレス機の前記後部に逆張力を前記電極シートに印加するための引張り部分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記引張り部分は、回転可能に設定されたローラーおよび前記ローラーに軸方向に接続されたモーターを含み、
前記モーターは、前記引出し部材と同期する、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記電極シートを巻き付けている巻出し機および前記電極シートの蛇行を制御するための蛇行コントローラが、前記引張り部分の前部にこの順序で配置される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記電極シートはタップを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
