Claims (11)
- 分離フィルムがそれぞれの単位セルの間に配置された状態で順次積み重なった前記単位セルを有する積重ね/折畳み式電極組立体を製造するための折畳み装置であって、
プレート状単位セルを所定の間隔で前記分離フィルムの上部に配置したウェブを供給するためのウェブ供給ユニットと、
前記分離フィルムがそれぞれの前記単位セルの間に配置された状態で、前記単位セルが順次積み重ねられるように、前記ウェブの前記単位セルのうちの第1の単位セルを保持しつつ、前記単位セルを回転させるための巻回ジグと、
前記ウェブの進行方向(X軸方向)の前記巻回ジグの回転シャフトの位置を補償するための回転シャフト補償ユニットと、
を備え、
前記回転シャフト補償ユニットが、前記プレート状単位セルを巻いている間に引き起こされる前記ウェブのX軸速度(Vx)の変化を補償するように、前記回転シャフトの前記位置を周期的に変化させ、それによって前記ウェブの張力を均一に維持する、折畳み装置。 - 前記単位セルが、フルセルまたはバイセルである、請求項1に記載の折畳み装置。
- 第1の単位セルおよび第2単位セルが、少なくとも1つの単位セルに対応する距離だけ互いに離間して配置され、前記第2単位セルの後の前記単位セル間の前記距離が、徐々に増加するように、前記単位セルが、前記分離フィルム上に配置される、請求項1に記載の折畳み装置。
- 前記単位セルがフルセルである場合、第1のフルセルおよび第2フルセルの同じ電極が上向きであり、前記第2フルセルの後のフルセルの異なる電極が、順次上向きであるように、前記フルセルが、前記分離フィルム上に配置される、請求項3に記載の折畳み装置。
- 前記単位セルがバイセルである場合、第1のバイセルおよび第2のバイセルが異なるタイプのセルであり、前記第2バイセルの後のセルが、同じタイプのセルのペアで配置されるように、前記バイセルが、前記分離フィルム上に配置される、請求項3に記載の折畳み装置。
- 前記巻回ジグが、前記単位セルのうちの1つの単位セルの上端、および前記単位セルのうちの前記1つの単位セルに対応する前記分離フィルムの下端に前記ウェブを固定的に保持するように構成される、請求項1に記載の折畳み装置。
- 前記回転シャフトの補償量が、正弦関数の周期で変化する、請求項1に記載の折畳み装置。
- 前記巻回ジグが、毎分20〜200回転の回転速度を有する、請求項1に記載の折畳み装置。
- 前記回転シャフト補償ユニットが、相互接続した可変回転構造を有するように構成される、請求項1に記載の折畳み装置。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の折畳み装置を用いて製造される積重ね/折畳み式電極組立体。
- 請求項10に記載の電極組立体を含む二次電池。
