θ=0の場合のc0がウェブの長さ変化量を計算するためcから引かれうる。
X軸補正ユニット及びマンドレルを有する巻きジグに設置され、その幅が65.2mmである、Y軸補正ユニットを有する折り畳みユニットが製造された。
折り畳み装置は、設置されていたY軸補正ユニットが設置されなかったことを除いて、例1と同じ方法により、製造された。
34ppmの高速度折り畳みが例1及び比較例1による折り畳み装置を使用して実行された。マンドレルの幅のチップ端部から150mm離れたウェブの位置が測定された。測定は、以下の表1に示される。

Claims (11)
- 分離フィルムがそれぞれのユニットセルの間に配置される状態に、ユニットセルが連続して積層される、積層/折り畳み型電極アセンブリを製造するための折り畳み装置であって、当該折り畳み装置は、
予め定められた間隔で分離フィルムの頂上に配置されたプレート形状のユニットセルを有する、ウェブを供給するためのウェブ供給ユニットと、
分離フィルムがそれぞれの前記ユニットセルの間に介在される状態で前記ユニットセルが連続して積層されるように、前記ウェブの前記ユニットセルの最初の一つを保持しつつ、前記ユニットセルを回転させる、巻きジグと、
前記ウェブの進行方向(X軸方向)の巻きジグの回転シャフトの位置を補正するため、X軸方向回転シャフト補正ユニットと、
前記ウェブの進行方向に垂直な方向(Y軸方向)の巻きジグの回転シャフトの位置を補正するためのY軸方向回転シャフト補正ユニットと、
を備え、
前記Y軸方向回転シャフト補正ユニットは、巻き中の前記ウェブの垂直振幅を最小化するために、周期的に、前記ウェブの進行方向(X軸)に垂直な方向(Y軸)に回転シャフトの位置を変え、
前記ウェブの上方向位置または下方向位置が変えられた場合、前記回転シャフトのY軸位置はその変化をオフセットする方向に変えられ、
前記Y軸方向の回転シャフト補正ユニット及び前記X軸方向の回転シャフト補正ユニットは、回転偏心ローラと、前記回転偏心ローラの回転運動を直線運動に変換するための可変クランクと、を含む、折り畳み装置。 - 前記ユニットセルは、バイセルまたはフルセルである、請求項1に記載の折り畳み装置。
- 前記分離フィルムが、それぞれのユニットセルの寸法に対応する長さを有する間隔を空けた領域を有するように、前記ユニットセルは分離フィルムに配置され、なぜなら、いずれのユニットセルも、前記ユニットセルの最初の一つに近接した前記分離フィルムの領域には配置されないからであり、並びに前記間隔を空けた領域は、前記それぞれのユニットセルの間の電気的分離を維持するため、折り畳み中に、前記ユニットセルの最初の一つの前面及び裏面を包む、請求項1に記載の折り畳み装置。
- 前記ユニットセルが前記バイセルである場合、異なる種類のバイセルが前記バイセルのそれぞれの下側端部で互いに近接するように、前記バイセルは前記分離フィルムに配置される、請求項2に記載の折り畳み装置。
- 前記ユニットセルが前記フルセルである場合、異なる電極表面が前記フルセルのそれぞれの下側端部で同じ表面(前面)と向かい合うように、前記フルセルは前記分離フィルムに配置される、請求項2に記載の折り畳み装置。
- 前記巻きジグは、前記ユニットセルの一つの上側端部及び前記ユニットセルの一つに対応する前記分離フィルムの下側端部で前記ウェブを固定的に保持するように構成される、請求項1に記載の折り畳み装置。
- X軸方向回転シャフト補正ユニットは、プレート形状のユニットセルの巻き中に引き起こされるウェブのX軸速度(Vx)の変化を補正するため前記回転シャフトの位置を周期的に変化させ、それにより前記ウェブの張力を均一に維持する、請求項1に記載の折り畳み装置。
- 前記巻きジグの前記回転シャフトのX軸方向の位置の補正及びY軸方向の位置の補正が同時に実行される、請求項1に記載の折り畳み装置。
- 前記巻きジグの前記回転シャフトの位置の補正が、巻き中に、X軸方向が長軸で、且つ、Y軸方向が短軸の、楕円形状で実行される、請求項8に記載の折り畳み装置。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の折り畳み装置を使用して製造される積層−折り畳み型電極アセンブリ。
- 請求項10に記載の電極アセンブリを備える二次電池。
