Claims (7)
- 帯状の電極板材料を長さ方向に向け所定量だけ間欠的に移送して位置決め停止させる工程と、
互いに摺動する上部ストリッパおよび上部切断金型と、互いに摺動する下部ストリッパおよび下部切断金型との間で、前記電極板材料の切断箇所を上下から押圧して圧縮成型しながら、その圧縮した箇所を、前記上部および下部切断金型の各々の切り刃部を互いに摺動させながら切断する工程とを有していることを特徴とする電池用電極板の製造方法。 - 相対向する上部ストリッパと下部切断金型との間および相対向する上部切断金型と下部ストリッパとの間でそれぞれ電極板材料の切断部位を圧縮するようにした請求項1記載の電池用電極板の製造方法。
- 上部切断金型および上部ストリッパの各々の下端部と下部切断金型および下部ストリッパの各々の上端部とに、それぞれ圧縮押圧用突部を突設して、これら4つの圧縮押圧用突部による上下からの押圧によって電極板材料の切断部位を局部的に集中して圧縮するようにした請求項2記載の電池用電極板の製造方法。
- 切断前に、上部ストリッパの圧縮押圧用突部が上部切断金型の圧縮押圧用突部よりも所定量だけ下方位置に保持されるように弾性体で付勢して、前記上部切断金型の圧縮押圧用突部が前記上部ストリッパの圧縮押圧用突部と面一となる位置まで下降した時点から電極板材料の切断を開始するように設定した請求項3記載の電池用電極板の製造方法。
- 電極板材料の切断面に前記電極板材料の厚み方向の中央部から圧縮部が側方に突出する形状になるように切断した請求項1ないし4の何れかに記載の電池用電極板の製造方法。
- 帯状の電極板材料を長さ方向に向け所定量だけ間欠的に移送して位置決め停止させる工程と、
互いに摺動する上部ストリッパおよび上部切断金型と、互いに摺動する下部ストリッパおよび下部切断金型との間で、前記電極板材料の切断箇所を上下から押圧して圧縮成型しながら、その圧縮した箇所を前記各々の切断金型の切り刃部を互いに摺動させながら切断する工程とを有した電池用電極板の製造方法において、
相対向する前記下部切断金型および前記上部切断金型との間でそれぞれ前記電極板材料を圧縮する前記上部ストリッパおよび下部ストリッパに圧縮用の加圧力を付与するとともに、これら加圧力を予め設定した所定範囲内になるように自動的に調整して付与するようにしたことを特徴とする電池用電極板の製造方法。 - 上部ストリッパおよび下部ストリッパに電極板材料の圧縮時に加わる反力に応じて加圧力が予め設定された範囲内になるように自動調整される加圧シリンダを用いて加圧力を付与したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池用電極板の製造方法。
