Abstract

본 발명은 일면 또는 양면에 전극 활물질이 도포되어 있는 연속적인 전극 시트로부터 다수의 단위 전극들을 제조하기 위해, 상기 전극 시트를 단위 전극 간격으로 노칭하는 장치로서, 전극 시트의 상단부와 하단부에 각각 노치를 타발하는 과정에서, 연속적으로 이송되는 전극 시트의 위치에 대응하여 전극 시트와 함께 후방으로 이동하면서 노치를 타발하고, 상기 타발 후 전방으로 원위치하는 동작을 반복하는 프레스; 및 전극 시트가 공급되는 방향을 기준으로 프레스의 후방에 위치하며, 상기 프레스의 동작에 맞춰 단위 전극에 대응하는 크기인 1 피치씩 전극 시트를 인취하여 이송하는 인취부;를 포함하는 구조의 노칭 장치를 제공한다.
