Claims (22)
- プラグインコネクタを製造するための方法であって、

− 前記第1バネ素子(7)の前後において前記ケーブル(3)の前記シース(5)に前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)を固定するステップと、
− 絶縁筐体(1)を配置するステップであって、それにより、前記絶縁筐体(1)が、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)及び前記ケーブル(3)の前記自由端部(2)を少なくとも部分的に囲む、ステップと、
を備え、前記遮蔽スリーブは、前記接点素子および前記第1バネ素子を完全に被覆するようにケーブルの自由端部を覆っていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1バネ素子(7)が、環状バネ素子を前記ケーブル(3)の前記自由端部(2)を覆うように押圧することによって、配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)が、圧接によって前記シース(5)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1バネ素子(7)には、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)を前記ケーブル(3)の前記シース(5)に固定すると、テンションがかかることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 絶縁材料(28)が、前記絶縁筐体(1)と前記絶縁筐体(1)の内側に配置された前記ケーブル(3)の前記自由端部(2)との間に形成された第1空間(15)内に注入されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの開口部が、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)に形成されており、前記開口部を介して、前記絶縁材料(28)が、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)の内部を構成する第2空間(13)内に注入されており、前記遮蔽スリーブ内には、前記ケーブル(3)の露出した前記ワイヤ(9)が、導入されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記接点素子(10)が、絶縁本体(11)内に導入されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)が、前記第1バネ素子(7)の周囲に配置されていることに加えて、前記絶縁本体(11)の周囲に配置されており、
前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)が、前記絶縁本体(11)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)が、圧接を用いて、前記絶縁本体(11)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 第2導電性環状バネ素子(21)が、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)の自由端部(16)において前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)に形成された凹所(22)内に導入されており、
前記自由端部(16)において、前記プラグインコネクタが、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)を用いて壁部(18)に固定されることができることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 内部にケーブル(3)の自由端部(2)が導入された絶縁筐体(1)と、
前記ケーブル(3)の前記自由端部(2)の第1剥取領域(4)に配置された第1導電性バネ素子(7)であって、前記第1剥取領域において、前記ケーブル(3)のワイヤ(9)を囲むシールド(6)が配置されている、第1導電性バネ素子と、
前記ケーブル(3)の前記ワイヤ(9)に接続された複数の接点素子(10)と、
前記第1バネ素子(7)を囲む遮蔽スリーブ(12)であって、当該遮蔽スリーブ(12)が、前記第1バネ素子(7)の前後において前記ケーブル(3)のシース(5)に固定されている、遮蔽スリーブと、
を備え、
前記遮蔽スリーブは、前記接点素子および前記第1バネ素子を完全に被覆するようにケーブルの自由端部を覆っていることを特徴とするプラグインコネクタ。 - 前記第1バネ素子(7)が、環状の形状であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記第1バネ素子(7)には、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)によりテンションがかけられていることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 絶縁材料(28)が、前記絶縁筐体(1)と前記絶縁筐体(1)の内側に配置された前記ケーブル(3)の前記自由端部(2)との間に形成された第1空間(15)内に注入されていることを特徴とする請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 少なくとも1つの開口部が、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)に形成されており、
前記絶縁材料(28)が、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)の内側を構成する第2空間(13)であって前記ケーブル(3)の露出した前記ワイヤ(9)が導入される第2空間内に前記開口部を介して注入されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のプラグインコネクタ。 - 当該プラグインコネクタが、接点素子(10)が導入される絶縁本体(11)を有することを特徴とする請求項11から15のいずれか1項に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)が、前記第1バネ素子(7)の周囲に配置されていることに加えて、前記絶縁本体(11)の周囲に配置されており、
前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)が、前記絶縁本体(11)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のプラグインコネクタ。 - 第2導電性環状バネ素子(21)が、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)の自由端部(16)において前記遮蔽スリーブに形成された凹所(22)内に導入されており、
前記自由端部(16)において、前記プラグインコネクタが、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)を用いて壁部(18)に固定されることができることを特徴とする請求項11から17のいずれか1項に記載のプラグインコネクタ。 - 当該プラグインコネクタを壁部(18)に固定するためのロック手段(17)が、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)の自由端部(16)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 前記絶縁筐体(1)が、前記遮蔽スリーブ(12)に移動可能に配置されており、当該絶縁筐体(1)の変位移動中に前記ロック手段(17)を作動させることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- 液体排出溝部(29)が、前記絶縁筐体(1)の外周面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11から20のいずれか1項に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
- マーク面(30)が、前記絶縁筐体(1)の外周面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11から21のいずれか1項に記載のプラグインコネクタ。
