Description
本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、複数のヌスミ部をハブ軸に簡単に旋削形成することができる車両用軸受装置を提供することを目的とする。
図1は本発明の一実施形態に係る車両用軸受装置の縦断面図であり、図2は図1の要部拡大縦断面図である。図1において、この車両用軸受装置は、自動車等の車両の車輪を支持するものであり、ハブ軸1と、このハブ軸1に外嵌された内輪2と、ハブ軸1と内輪2の径方向外側に二列の第1円錐ころ4a及び第2円錐ころ4bを介してハブ軸1と同軸状に配置された外輪3と、ハブ軸1と一体回転する環状のパルサーリング5と、このパルサーリング5を検出対象として外輪3に取り付けられたセンサ6とを備えている。
ハブ軸1の大鍔部12は、内側軌道面13の端部から径方向斜め外側に延びる大鍔面12aを有している。この大鍔面12aには、第1円錐ころ4aの大径側端面が摺接するようになっている。
また、本実施形態のヌスミ部は、ハブ軸の外周の三箇所に形成されているが、これら三箇所のうち少なくとも二箇所に形成されていればよい。
Claims (1)
- 外周の軸方向一端部から軸方向他端部に向けて、車輪が取り付けられるフランジ部、大鍔部、内側軌道面、大径部、この大径部よりも外径が小さい中径部、及びこの中径部よりも外径が小さい小径部をこの順に有するハブ軸と、
外周に内輪軌道面を有し、前記ハブ軸の小径部に外嵌された内輪と、
内周に二列の外輪軌道面を有し、前記ハブ軸及び前記内輪の径方向外方に当該ハブ軸と同軸状で車体側に固定される外輪と、
前記二列の外輪軌道面と前記内側軌道面及び前記内輪軌道面との間にそれぞれ転動自在に配置された複数の円錐ころと、
前記ハブ軸の中径部に外嵌され、当該ハブ軸と一体回転する環状のパルサーリングと、
前記外輪に取り付けられ、前記パルサーリングの回転を検出するためのセンサとを備え、前記ハブ軸の大鍔部は、前記円錐ころの大径側端面が摺接する大鍔面を有する車両用軸受装置であって、
前記内側軌道面の大鍔面側の端部、及び前記中径部の外周面の大径部側の端部に、夫々断面凹状にて環状の同一形状のヌスミ部が旋削形成されていることを特徴とする車両用軸受装置。
