前記外方部材と前記内方部材のそれぞれの転走面間に転動自在に介装される複数の転動体と、を備え、
前記内方部材のインナー側に形成された前記内側転走面と当該内側転走面のインナー側鍔面が交わる部分にインナー側ヌスミ加工部が設けられ、
前記内方部材のアウター側に形成された前記内側転走面と当該内側転走面のアウター側鍔面が交わる部分にアウター側ヌスミ加工部が設けられ、
更に前記内方部材のアウター側に形成された前記内側転走面の隣接箇所に車輪取付フランジが設けられている車輪用軸受装置において、
前記インナー側ヌスミ加工部の曲率半径をRiとし、
前記アウター側ヌスミ加工部の曲率半径をRoとした場合、
これらがRi<Roの関係を満たしている、としたものである。
前記インナー側ヌスミ加工部の曲率半径をRiとし、
前記アウター側ヌスミ加工部の曲率半径をRoとした場合、
これらが1.2×Ri<Ro<2.5×Riの関係を満たしている、としたものである。
前記転動体の大径側端面と前記インナー側鍔面が接する部分の高さ寸法をDiとし、
前記転動体の大径側端面と前記アウター側鍔面が接する部分の高さ寸法をDoとした場合、
これらがDi=Doの関係を満たしている、としたものである。

- 内周に複列の外側転走面が形成された外方部材と、
外周に複列の内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、
前記外方部材と前記内方部材のそれぞれの転走面間に転動自在に介装される複数の転動体と、を備え、
前記内方部材のインナー側に形成された前記内側転走面と当該内側転走面のインナー側鍔面が交わる部分にインナー側ヌスミ加工部が設けられ、
前記内方部材のアウター側に形成された前記内側転走面と当該内側転走面のアウター側鍔面が交わる部分にアウター側ヌスミ加工部が設けられ、
更に前記内方部材のアウター側に形成された前記内側転走面の隣接箇所に車輪取付フランジが設けられている車輪用軸受装置において、
前記インナー側ヌスミ加工部の曲率半径をRiとし、
前記アウター側ヌスミ加工部の曲率半径をRoとした場合、
これらがRi<Roの関係を満たしている、ことを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置。 - 前記インナー側ヌスミ加工部の曲率半径をRiとし、
前記アウター側ヌスミ加工部の曲率半径をRoとした場合、
これらが1.2×Ri<Ro<2.5×Riの関係を満たしている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置。 - 前記転動体の大径側端面と前記インナー側鍔面が接する部分の高さ寸法をDiとし、
前記転動体の大径側端面と前記アウター側鍔面が接する部分の高さ寸法をDoとした場合、
これらがDi=Doの関係を満たしている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
