Description
a)SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2, HfO2, Al2O3およびフッ化物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの焼結助剤を含む出発物質の粉末混合物から成形体を製造すること、
を含む。
b)成形体を好ましくは500と900℃の間の温度で予備焼結すること、
の付加的工程を含む。
c)好ましくは1400と2000℃の間の温度、好ましくは1バール絶対と10-7ミリバール絶対の圧力範囲内、より好ましくは10-3 から10-7ミリバール間の圧力範囲で予備焼結された成形体の焼結。温度はより好ましくは1500と1900℃の間、最も好ましくは1600と1850℃の間である、
を含んでもよい。
d)焼結成形体を好ましくは1400と2000℃の間の温度で、好ましくは10と300MPaの間の圧力で加圧すること。より好ましくは50と250MPaの間の圧力であり、100と200MPaの間の圧力が最も好ましい、
のさらなる工程もまた含む。
e)600と1600℃の間の温度および酸素を含む雰囲気での加圧・焼結成形体のアニーリング、
を含むことがさらに好ましい。
Claims (8)
- 黄緑石または蛍石のいずれかの構造に類似している対称的な立方晶構造を有する光学セラミック物質の製造方法であって、前記方法は、SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2, HfO2, Al2O3およびフッ化物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの焼結助剤を含む出発物質の粉末混合物から成形体を製造する工程を含み、ここで、少なくとも1つの焼結助剤は光学セラミックスの他の成分と異なり、少なくとも1つの焼結助剤は出発物質の粉末混合物の0.01から3重量%の量で用いられる方法であって、
前記光学セラミック物質がA 2+X B Y D Z E 7 、ここで−1,15 ≦ x ≦+1.1 および0≦ Y ≦3、および0≦ Z ≦1.6、ならびに3x + 4y + 5z = 8で、かつAは希土類イオンの群から選択される少なくとも1つの3価カチオンであり、Bは少なくとも1つの4価カチオンであり、Dは少なくとも1つの5価カチオンであり、およびEは少なくとも1つの2価アニオンである、の化学量論を持つ結晶を含む方法。 - Aは、Y, Gd, Yb, Lu, Sc, Laおよびこれらの成分の混合物からなる群から選択される請求項1記載の方法。
- Bは、Zr, Ti, Hf, Sn, Geおよびこれらの成分の混合物からなる群から選択される請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記光学セラミック物質は5から300μmの平均粒子寸法を有する前述の請求項の1〜3何れか一項記載の方法。
- 前記成形体を500と900℃の間の温度で予備焼結する工程を含む前述の請求項の1〜4何れか一項記載の方法。
- 1400と1900℃の間の温度で前記予備焼結成形体の焼結の工程を含む前述の請求項の1〜5何れか一項記載の方法。
- 前記焼結成形体を真空にて、1400と2000℃の間の温度で、かつ10と198MPaの間の圧力で加圧する工程を含む前述の請求項の1〜6何れか一項記載の方法。
- 前記加圧、焼結成形体を酸素を含む雰囲気中にて600と1600℃の間の温度でアニーリングする工程を含む前述の請求項の1〜7何れか一項記載の方法。
