Claims (9)
- 車両に搭載され、プーリに供給される油圧により挟持されるベルトの巻掛け径を変更して変速比を変更可能な無段変速機構と、前記無段変速機構に接続され、油圧により駆動力源の駆動力を駆動輪へと断続可能に伝達する摩擦締結要素と、を備える無段変速機の制御装置であって、
駆動力源により駆動され油圧回路に油圧を供給する油圧ポンプと、油圧を前記油圧回路に供給可能な油圧補助部と、前記油圧ポンプ及び前記油圧補助部の少なくとも一方の油圧を前記プーリに供給する制御弁と、を備える油圧制御回路と、
走行中に前記駆動力源を停止するコーストストップ制御を行い、前記コーストストップ制御中に、前記無段変速機構に入力されるトルクが前記無段変速機構のベルト容量を上回ることを検知又は予測した場合は、前記油圧補助部の油圧を前記プーリに供給すると共に前記油圧補助部から前記摩擦締結要素に供給される油圧を制限し、前記無段変速機構のベルト容量が前記摩擦締結要素の容量を上回るように前記制御弁を制御する一方、前記無段変速機構に入力されるトルクが前記無段変速機構のベルト容量を上回ることを検知又は予測しない場合は、前記油圧補助部の油圧を前記プーリに供給すると共に前記油圧補助部から前記摩擦締結要素に供給される油圧を制限しないように前記制御弁を制御する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記制御弁は、前記油圧ポンプ及び前記油圧補助部の少なくとも一方の油圧を、前記プーリに供給する油圧と前記摩擦締結要素に供給する油圧とに配分して供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記油圧回路は、前記無段変速機構のプーリから前記油圧ポンプへの油圧の逆流を防止する逆止弁を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記無段変速機構に入力されるトルクを検知又は予測しない場合は、前記制御弁を、前記油圧補助部の油圧が前記摩擦締結要素に供給されるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記車両が停車した場合に、前記制御弁を、前記油圧補助部の油圧が前記摩擦締結要素に供給されるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記無段変速機構のベルト容量が前記摩擦締結要素の締結力よりも大きい場合は、前記無段変速機構に入力されるトルクの増加を検知又は予測しても、前記制御弁を、前記油圧補助部の油圧が前記プーリに供給されるように制御しないことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記油圧補助部は、油圧を貯留するアキュームレータによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記油圧補助部は、電動オイルポンプによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記油圧補助部は、電動オイルポンプと油圧を貯留するアキュームレータとによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
