Claims (6)
- 車両走行中にエンジンを停止させるコーストストップ車両であって、
前記エンジンの動力が伝達されると共に、一対のプーリ及びこれらの間に掛け回されるベルトを有し、変速比を無段階に変更可能な無段変速機と、
前記車両走行中に前記エンジンを停止させるコーストストップ条件の成否を判断するコーストストップ条件判断手段と、
前記コーストストップ条件が成立すると、前記エンジンを停止させるコーストストップ制御を実行するコーストストップ制御手段と、
前記コーストストップ制御中における車速の変化に関わらず、前記コーストストップ制御中に、前記エンジン停止に伴う前記無段変速機の負荷状態の変化によって、前記変速比が前記コーストストップ制御開始時の変速比よりもHigh側へアップシフトすることを前記コーストストップ制御開始から防止するアップシフト防止手段とを備え、
前記アップシフト防止手段は、前記コーストストップ制御中、前記アップシフトを継続して防止することを特徴とするコーストストップ車両。 - 前記アップシフト防止手段は、前記無段変速機のセカンダリプーリにおけるベルト挟持力が前記無段変速機のプライマリプーリにおけるベルト挟持力以上となるように前記無段変速機に供給される油圧を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーストストップ車両。
- 前記エンジンと前記無段変速機との間、または前記無段変速機と駆動輪との間の少なくともいずれか一方に設けられ、締結されると動力伝達を可能にし、解放されると動力伝達を不能にする摩擦締結要素と、
前記コーストストップ制御開始時または前記コーストストップ制御中に、前記摩擦締結要素をスリップ状態または解放状態にする摩擦締結要素解放手段とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコーストストップ車両。 - 前記無段変速機のプライマリプーリの溝幅が大となる方向への前記プライマリプーリの可動円錐板の移動を規制するストッパーを備え、
前記アップシフト防止手段は、前記コーストストップ制御開始後に前記プライマリプーリの可動円錐板を前記ストッパーに当接させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のコーストストップ車両。 - 前記コーストストップ制御中に前記無段変速機への供給油圧を発生させる電動オイルポンプを備え、
前記アップシフト防止手段は、前記無段変速機のプライマリプーリ圧を略ゼロとし、前記無段変速機のセカンダリプーリ圧を前記電動オイルポンプの最大圧とすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコーストストップ車両。 - 前記アップシフト防止手段は、前記プライマリプーリの可動円錐板を前記ストッパーに当接させた後に、前記変速比が最Low変速比となるように前記無段変速機のプライマリプーリ圧を制御することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のコーストストップ車両。
