Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1による地金回収方法が適用される製鋼所を示す説明図である。図において、製鋼所には、電気炉出湯エリア1、KR脱硫エリア2、転炉注湯エリア3、地金落としエリア4及び取鍋整備エリア5が設けられている。製鋼所内で溶鉄6aを移送する取鍋6は、通常、電気炉出湯エリア1、KR脱硫エリア2、転炉注湯エリア3及び地金落としエリア4の順で搬送される。地金落としエリア4まで搬送された取鍋6は、電気炉出湯エリア1に戻される。なお、図1では1つの取鍋6を示しているが、複数の取鍋6が電気炉出湯エリア1、KR脱硫エリア2、転炉注湯エリア3及び地金落としエリア4を順に循環されてもよい。
図7は、本発明の実施の形態2による地金回収方法におけるインジェクション撹拌精錬を示す説明図である。実施の形態1では取鍋内撹拌精錬としてKR脱硫(機械撹拌精錬)を行うように説明したが、図7に示すインジェクション撹拌精錬を行うこともできる。インジェクション撹拌精錬では、溶鉄6a中に浸漬した浸漬ノズル22から溶鉄6a中にガスを吹き込むことで、溶鉄6a及び脱硫剤の撹拌が行われる。このようなインジェクション撹拌精錬でも飛沫21が発生し、取鍋6に地金6bが付着する。その他の構成は、実施の形態1と同様である。

Claims (1)
- 電気炉から取鍋に溶鉄を注ぎ、前記取鍋内にて溶鉄の撹拌精錬を行い、前記取鍋内の溶鉄を精錬炉に注ぐ一連の工程で前記取鍋に付着した地金を材料として回収するための地金回収方法であって、
前記取鍋から前記精錬炉に溶鉄を注いだ後に、前記精錬炉から前記電気炉に前記取鍋を搬送する経路上に設けられた地金落としエリアで前記取鍋内に前記取鍋に付着した地金を落とすとともに、前記地金が落とされた前記取鍋を待機鍋とせずに連続的に使用して該取鍋に前記電気炉から溶鉄を注ぐことで前記地金を溶解して材料として回収することを含み、
前記電気炉から前記取鍋に注がれる溶鉄は、Crを9〜30質量%及びCを1〜4質量%含むステンレス鋼溶鉄であり、
前記撹拌精錬は、溶鉄内に浸漬されたインペラにより撹拌を行う機械撹拌精錬である
ことを特徴とする地金回収方法。
