Abstract
【解決手段】 先行する溶銑脱硫処理の際に発生した脱硫スラグをスラグ回収容器中に貯留する段階と、貯留された脱硫スラグのうちから高温かつ粉粒状の脱硫スラグのみを選別して回収脱硫剤とする段階と、前記回収脱硫剤を新脱硫剤とともに溶銑中に投入してインペラー脱硫する段階と、からなる。上記発明において、回収脱硫剤は、温度が500℃以上であり、かつ粒径が50mm以下であることとするのが好ましい。

Claims (2)
- 先行する溶銑脱硫処理の際に発生した脱硫スラグをスラグ回収容器中に貯留する段階と、貯留された脱硫スラグのうちから高温かつ粉粒状の脱硫スラグのみを選別して回収脱硫剤とする段階と、前記回収脱硫剤を新脱硫剤とともに溶銑中に投入してインペラー脱硫する段階と、からなることを特徴とする溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 回収脱硫剤は、温度が500℃以上であり、かつ粒径が50mm以下のものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
