Abstract
【解決手段】 耐火物で施工された高温の容器内に含亜鉛鉄スクラップを装入し、前記容器の保有する熱で含亜鉛鉄スクラップの亜鉛を酸化して気化させ、亜鉛を気化除去した後に前記容器内に溶銑を注入する。

Claims (5)
- 耐火物で施工された容器内に含亜鉛鉄スクラップを装入し、前記容器の保有する熱で含亜鉛鉄スクラップの亜鉛を酸化して気化させ、亜鉛を気化除去した後に前記容器内に溶銑を注入することを特徴とする、製鉄工程における含亜鉛鉄スクラップの利用方法。
- 前記容器は、溶銑を払い出した後の溶銑鍋またはトーピードカーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製鉄工程における含亜鉛鉄スクラップの利用方法。
- 前記容器の内壁耐火物の表面温度は、800℃以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の製鉄工程における含亜鉛鉄スクラップの利用方法。
- 前記含亜鉛鉄スクラップの装入量は、注入される溶銑に対して溶銑トン当たり20kg以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の製鉄工程における含亜鉛鉄スクラップの利用方法。
- 前記含亜鉛鉄スクラップは、亜鉛鍍金鋼板屑であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか1つに記載の製鉄工程における含亜鉛鉄スクラップの利用方法。
