Claims (2)
- 質量比でAl2O3:25〜40%、T.Fe:5%以下、塩基度(CaO/SiO2):5.5〜7.0の組成を有し、鋳込み終了時に取鍋内に残存する造塊スラグをスラグ回収容器中に貯留する段階と、
前記段階により貯留された造塊スラグのうちから高温かつ粒状の造塊スラグのみを選択する段階と、
前記段階で選択された高温かつ粒状の造塊スラグを、造塊スラグ比が質量比で10〜40%となるようにCaO系脱硫剤と混じて取鍋中の溶銑に投入しインペラー脱硫することを特徴とする溶銑の脱硫方法。 - 高温かつ粒状のスラグは、温度が300℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
