Description
(1)転炉の下方に設置した排滓鍋へ前記転炉の炉口からスラグを排出する際に、Sを20〜55質量%含有する硫化鉱物を、前記スラグの排出開始直後から式(1)の範囲を満たす速度で前記排滓鍋へ投入することを特徴とする、スラグのフォーミング抑制方法。

Claims (4)
- 前記硫化鉱物の粒度は、粒径3mm〜20mmが80質量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスラグのフォーミング抑制方法。
- 1基の転炉に溶銑を装入して脱珪・脱燐吹錬を行った後、炉内に溶銑を残したまま転炉を傾動させてスラグを炉口から排出し、転炉を垂直に戻した後に引き続いて脱炭吹錬を行う精錬方法において、脱燐吹錬後のスラグ排出時に請求項1または請求項2に記載のフォーミング抑制方法を用いることを特徴とした転炉精錬方法。
- 2基以上の転炉の少なくとも1基の転炉に溶銑を装入して脱珪吹錬を行った後、炉内に溶銑を残したまま転炉を傾動させてスラグを炉口から排出し、転炉を垂直に戻した後に引き続いて脱燐吹錬を行う精錬方法において、脱珪吹錬後のスラグ排出時に請求項1または請求項2に記載のフォーミング抑制方法を用いることを特徴とした転炉精錬方法。
