Claims (4)
- 高炉から出銑され、溶銑輸送容器に収容された溶銑を、攪拌しながら酸素源を供給して脱珪処理する際に、製鋼スラグを破砕・分級した後に磁力選別してスラグと分離して回収した磁選屑を前記溶銑輸送容器内に添加することによって溶銑の温度を調整することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱珪処理方法。
- 前記磁選屑のサイズは、直径が10mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶銑の脱珪処理方法。
- 前記酸素源として酸素ガスのみを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の溶銑の脱珪処理方法。
- 前記溶銑は、高炉から出銑されて前記溶銑輸送容器に収容されるまでに、酸素源が供給され、予め溶銑中の珪素の一部が脱珪処理されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱珪処理方法。
