しかしながら、この熱を発生するという性質を利用した使用済み耐火物のリサイクル技術は、未だ提案されていないのが現状である。

また、非酸化物系珪素化合物を含有する炭素含有耐火物は、酸化反応により酸化珪素(SiO2)を生成する。この酸化珪素が少量加わることで、CaO系脱燐精錬剤の滓化が促進され、スラグ物質移動係数(kS)の向上による脱燐反応促進が期待できる。

Claims (6)
- 反応容器に収容された溶銑に、酸素源、CaO系脱燐精錬剤、及び、非酸化物系珪素化合物及び/または炭素を含有する使用済みの炭素含有耐火物を、前記使用済みの炭素含有耐火物の添加量(A:単位=kg/t)と、前記CaO系脱燐精錬剤の添加量(B:単位=kg/t)との添加量比(A/B)が0.5以下の範囲内で添加して溶銑に脱燐処理を施すことを特徴とする、溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
- 前記非酸化物系珪素化合物及び/または炭素を含有する使用済みの炭素含有耐火物の非酸化物系珪素化合物含有量と炭素含有量との合計の含有量が6質量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
- 前記非酸化物系珪素化合物及び/または炭素を含有する使用済みの炭素含有耐火物は、非酸化物系珪素化合物及び/または炭素以外の成分として、Al2O3系化合物を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
- 前記酸素源、CaO系脱燐精錬剤、及び、非酸化物系珪素化合物及び/または炭素を含有する使用済みの炭素含有耐火物のうちの少なくとも1種類を、溶銑中に浸漬させたランスを介して溶銑中に吹き込み添加することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
- 前記反応容器が転炉であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
- 前記反応容器に、溶銑を装入する前に予め鉄スクラップを装入することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱燐処理方法。
