Description
a)少なくとも50ppmの鉄(III)イオン、
b)少なくとも100ppmのリン酸イオン、
c)少なくとも100ppmの錯化剤であって、−COOX、−OPO3X、及び/又は−PO3Xから選択される少なくとも1つの官能基を有し、ここでXは、水素原子、又はアルカリ金属原子及び/若しくはアルカリ土類金属原子のいずれかを表す、有機化合物c1)、並びに/又は、PO4として換算される縮合リン酸塩c2)、から選択される錯化剤、
を含有する水性アルカリ性組成物(A)によって達成され、この組成物は、遊離アルカリ度が少なくとも1ポイントであるが6ポイント未満であり、pHは10.5以上である。
a)0.05g/kgから2g/kgの鉄(III)イオン、
b)0.1g/kgから4g/kgのリン酸イオン、
c)少なくとも0.1g/kgの錯化剤であって、−COOX、−OPO3X、及び/又は−PO3Xから選択される少なくとも1つの官能基を有し、ここでXは、水素原子、又はアルカリ金属原子及び/若しくはアルカリ土類金属原子のいずれかを表す、有機化合物c1)、並びに/又は、PO4として換算される縮合リン酸塩c2)、から選択される錯化剤、
d)合計で0.01g/kgから10g/kgの非イオン性界面活性剤、
e)合計で、10ppm未満のニッケル、コバルト、マンガン、モリブデン、クロム、及び/又はセリウムの金属のイオン性化合物、特に、1ppm未満のニッケル及び/又はコバルトの金属のイオン性化合物、
を含有し、PO4として換算される縮合リン酸塩c2)の含有量は10g/L以下であり、成分c1)及びc2)の合計の鉄(III)イオンに対するモル比(成分c1)及びc2)の合計のモル数:鉄(III)イオンのモル数)は、1:1よりも大きく、遊離アルカリ度は、6ポイント未満であり、pHは10.5以上である。

f)合計で0.1g/kg未満の有機高分子成分、
g)成分a)、b)、及びe)と当量である対イオン、
h)残量として、ドイツ硬度30°以下の硬度を有する水、
を有し、PO4として換算される縮合リン酸塩c2)の含有量は10g/L以下であり、成分c1)及びc2)の合計の鉄(III)イオンに対するモル比は、1:1よりも大きく、遊離アルカリ度は、6ポイント未満であり、pHは10.5以上である組成物(A)を特に包含する。

Claims (15)
- a)少なくとも50ppmの鉄(III)イオン、
b)少なくとも100ppmのリン酸イオン、
c)少なくとも100ppmの錯化剤であって、−COOX、−OPO3X、及び/又は−PO3Xから選択される少なくとも1つの官能基を有し、ここでXは、水素原子、又はアルカリ金属原子及び/若しくはアルカリ土類金属原子のいずれかを表す有機化合物c1)、並びに/又は、PO4として換算される縮合リン酸塩c2)、から選択される錯化剤、
を含有する水性アルカリ性組成物(A)であって、前記組成物は、少なくとも1ポイントであるが6ポイント未満である遊離アルカリ度、及び10.5以上のpHを有する、水性アルカリ性組成物(A)。 - 5ポイント未満である前記遊離アルカリ度を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物(A)。
- 少なくとも100ppmであるが2000ppmを超えない前記鉄(III)イオンが含有される、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(A)。
- 前記鉄(III)イオンの前記リン酸イオンに対する質量比(前記鉄(III)イオンの質量:前記リン酸イオンの質量)が、1:20から1:2の範囲内である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(A)。
- 全ての前記成分c)の前記鉄(III)イオンに対するモル比(全ての前記成分c)のモル数:前記鉄(III)イオンのモル数)が、1:1より大きい、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(A)。
- ピロリン酸塩、トリポリリン酸塩、及び/又はポリリン酸塩から選択される前記縮合リン酸塩c2)が、前記成分c)として含有されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(A)。
- プロトン化された状態で少なくとも250の酸価を有する前記有機化合物c1)が、前記成分c2)と共に含有されている、請求項6に記載の組成物(A)。
- 前記有機化合物c1)が、α−ヒドロキシカルボン酸、β−ヒドロキシカルボン酸、及び/若しくはγ−ヒドロキシカルボン酸、ヒドロキシエタン−1,1−ジホスホン酸、[(2‐ヒドロキシエチル)(ホスホノメチル)アミノ]メチルホスホン酸、ジエチレントリアミンペンタキス(メチレンホスホン酸)、並びに/又はアミノ−トリス−(メチレンホスホン酸)、並びに、これらの塩から選択され、前記成分c1)の前記鉄(III)イオンに対するモル比(前記成分c1)のモル数:前記鉄(III)イオンのモル数)が、1:1未満である請求項5、6、及び7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(A)。
- 合計で少なくとも2個であるが12個は超えないアルコキシ基を有し、その一部は、アルキル残基で末端封止される形で存在していてよい、エトキシル化及び/又はプロポキシル化されたC10からC18の脂肪アルコールの1つ以上から選択される非イオン性界面活性剤をさらに含有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(A)。
- ニッケル、コバルト、マンガン、モリブデン、クロム、及び/又はセリウムの金属のイオン性化合物が、合計で10ppm未満、特に、ニッケル及び/又はコバルトの金属のイオン性化合物が、1ppm未満含有される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(A)。
- a)0.05g/kgから2g/kgの前記鉄(III)イオン、
b)0.1g/kgから4g/kgの前記リン酸イオン、
c)少なくとも0.1g/kgの前記錯化剤であって、−COOX、−OPO3X、及び/又は−PO3Xから選択される少なくとも1つの官能基を有し、ここでXは、水素原子、又はアルカリ金属原子及び/若しくはアルカリ土類金属原子のいずれかを表す、前記有機化合物c1)、並びに/又は、PO4として換算される前記縮合リン酸塩c2)、から選択される前記錯化剤、
d)合計で0.01g/kgから10g/kgの非イオン性界面活性剤、
e)合計で、10ppm未満のニッケル、コバルト、マンガン、モリブデン、クロム、及び/又はセリウムの金属のイオン性化合物、特に、1ppm未満のニッケル及び/又はコバルトの金属のイオン性化合物、
を含有し、PO4として換算される前記縮合リン酸塩c2)の含有量は10g/L以下であり、前記成分c1)及び前記c2)の合計の前記鉄(III)イオンに対するモル比(前記成分c1)及び前記c2)の合計のモル数:前記鉄(III)イオンのモル数)は、1:1よりも大きい、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物(A)。 - 少なくとも部分的に亜鉛若しくは亜鉛合金の表面を有する金属部材のアルカリ不動態化のための方法であって、前記金属部材は、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の前記アルカリ性水性組成物(A)と接触される、方法。
- 前記金属部材の亜鉛若しくは亜鉛合金の前記表面が、アルカリ不動態化の直後にその後の水洗工程の有無にかかわらず、少なくとも20mg/m2と等しいが、150mg/m2は超えない鉄による表面被覆を示す、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記金属部材が、まず洗浄脱脂浴中にてアルカリ洗浄剤と接触され、前記アルカリ洗浄剤は9から14の範囲のpHを有し、その後に水洗工程を行うことなく、前記金属部材が、前記アルカリ性水性組成物(A)と続いて接触される、請求項12及び13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ不動態化の後に、さらなる方法工程として、水洗工程を挿んで酸不動態化が行われ、前記酸不動態化は、ジルコニウム、チタン、及び/又はハフニウムの元素の水溶性無機化合物を前記元素に基づいて合計で少なくとも5ppmであるが、合計で1500ppmを超えずに含有する酸性水性組成物(B)と前記金属部材とを接触させることによって実施される、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
