Abstract

composição para a passivação alcalina de superfícies de zinco. a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição alcalina, aquosa (a) para a passivação alcalina de componentes metálicos, que apresentam, pelo menos parcialmente, superfícies de zinco ou ligas de zinco, contendo íons ferro (iii), íons fosfato e um ou mais agentes complexantes, sendo que está ajustada uma alcalinidade livre na faixa de 1-6 pontos e o valor de ph é pelo menos 11. as composições aquosas (a) de acordo com a invenção podem conter, adicionalmente, tensoativos não iônicos, de modo que essas composições são apropriadas para uso em um processo, no qual tanto limpeza como também a passivação do componente metálico se dá em uma etapa. além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para passivação alcalina de componentes metálicos, que apresentam, pelo menos parcialmente, superfícies de zinco ou ligas de zinco, por contato das mesmas com a composição (?a). a invenção refere-se, particularmente, a um processo para tratamento de superfícies na produção de carrocerias de automóveis, no qual a etapa de passivação alcalina, sob uso da composição (a), segue-se uma etapa de passivação ácida, sob uso de uma composição (b).
