Description
とりわけ有利な一実施態様は、特性値モデルの中で特性値についての少なくとも一つの尺度(値)を求めることを提案している。この措置によって、再生の間に粒子フィルタの少なくとも一つの特性値を測定技術によって測定することを無用とすることができる。この特性値モデルは、特に粒子燃焼除去モデルであり、関与する反応相手の反応プロセス或いは反応速度が考慮される。
制御装置は、好ましくは少なくとも一つの電気メモリを含んでおり、このメモリにこの方法の諸ステップがコンピュータプログラムとして格納されている。
制御装置20は、燃料信号決定装置21を含んでおり、燃料信号決定装置21には空気信号ms_L、回転数n、トルク目標値Md_Sollが送り込まれ、燃料信号m_Kを作り出す。
第一の加算器23は、排気ガス温度目標値te_vDPF_Sollと排気ガス温度実際値te_vDPF_Istとから、温度差dteを算出する。
燃料信号決定装置21は、空気信号ms_L、回転数n、及びトルク目標値Md_Sollに応じて、燃料信号m_Kを求める。空気信号ms_Lは、内燃機関10によって吸引される空気についての尺度であり、その際エアマス或いは空気量が係わって来ることがある。トルク目標値Md_Sollは、内燃機関10が駆動エンジンとして用いられている詳しくは説明されない自動車の同じく詳しくは説明されないアクセルペダルの位置から導き出される。燃料信号m_Kは、燃料配分装置19へ送られ、燃料配分装置19は、定められた燃料量を定められた時点に内燃機関10の個々のシリンダに配分する。
粒子フィルタ17の手前の上流側の排気ガス温度目標値te_vDPF_Sollは、排気ガス温度目標値決定装置26によって、再生の間に粒子フィルタ17の少なくとも一つの特性値に応じて決定される。図示されている実施例では、上記の特性値として、粒子負荷尺度m_p_Istについての少なくとも一つの尺度、及び/又は粒子質量変化速度dm/dtについての少なくとも一つの尺度、及び/又は粒子フィルタ温度te_DPFについての少なくとも一つの尺度、及び/又は粒子フィルタ温度変化速度dte_DPF/dtについての少なくとも一つの尺度、及び/又は粒子フィルタ温度勾配dte_DPF/dxについての少なくとも一つの尺度が考えられている。

Claims (4)
- 必要に応じて、堆積された粒子(m_P_Ist)から再生される、内燃機関(10)の排気ガス領域(13)に配置された粒子フィルタ(17)の作動方法であって、粒子フィルタ(17)が、再生のために、排気ガス温度(te_vDPF_Ist)の作用によって粒子フィルタ(17)の手前の上流側で加熱される、粒子フィルタ(17)の作動方法において、
粒子フィルタ(17)の手前の上流側の排気ガス温度(te_vDPF_Ist)が、予め設定された排気ガス温度目標値(te_vDPF_Soll)に基づいて決定されること、
排気ガス温度目標値(te_vDPF_Soll)が、再生の間の粒子フィルタ(17)の少なくとも一つの特性値に依存していること、
特性値が、粒子フィルタ温度(te_DPF)、粒子フィルタ温度変化速度(dte_DPF/dt)、及び粒子フィルタ温度勾配(dte_DPF/dx)の少なくともいずれかであること、及び、
特性値が、粒子フィルタ(17)の再生の開始時に粒子フィルタ(17)の中に堆積されている粒子量或いは粒子質量を示す粒子スタート値(m_P_Start)、粒子フィルタ(17)の手前の上流側の排気ガス温度実際値(te_vDPF_Ist)、排気ガス流(ms_abg)、及び排気ガス中の酸素濃度(lam)に基づいて特性値を生成する特性値モデル(24)で求められること
を特徴とする内燃機関の排気ガス領域に配置された粒子フィルタの作動方法。 - 排気ガス温度目標値(te_vDPF_Soll)が、内燃機関(10)への少なくとも一回の燃料後噴射、及び内燃機関(10)の排気ガス領域内への反応剤の注入の少なくともいずれかを決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 特性値モデル(24)から求められた粒子フィルタ温度(te_DPF)と、測定された粒子フィルタ温度(te_DPF_mess)との比較から、特性値モデル(24)の修正のための修正値(Korr)が求められることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 内燃機関(10)の排気ガス領域(13)に配置された粒子フィルタ(17)の作動装置において、
請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の作動方法を実施するための少なくとも一つの制御装置(20)と、
燃料を内燃機関(10)へ後噴射する手段(19)、及び排気ガス領域(13)内に存在する酸素と発熱的に反応する反応剤を排気ガス領域(13)内に注入する反応剤注入装置(14)のいずれかと
を備え、
制御装置(20)が、燃料を後噴射する手段(19)及び反応剤注入装置(14)のいずれかを、粒子フィルタ(17)に堆積された粒子(m_P_Ist)を燃焼除去するように制御することを特徴とする作動装置。
