Description
− 限定された結晶相の比率、
− 小さな結晶(<500nm)、
− 適合する非晶質相と結晶相の屈折率。
− 改善された化学的安定性、
− 高い強度の値、および
− 幾つかの点で改善された半透明性。
a)ガラスセラミックの成分を含む最初のガラスが製造される、
b)最初のガラスが第一の温度において第一の熱処理に供され、それにより単一の結晶相または主要な結晶相としてメタケイ酸リチウムを有するガラスセラミックが製造される、
c)このガラスセラミックが第二の熱処理に供され、このときメタケイ酸リチウムはSiO2とともにガラス相から二ケイ酸リチウムに転化され、それに続いて二ケイ酸リチウムは単一の結晶相または主要な結晶相として存在する。
実施例1〜6において、高い酸化ジルコニウムの含有量を有するガラスの組成物が提示され、それらは二段階の温度処理によって、最初に容易に機械加工することのできるメタケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックに転化し、続いて透明性が高くて非常に強く、かつ化学的に安定な二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックに転化したものである。
Claims (14)
- 下記の組成:
55〜70重量%のSiO2、
10〜15重量%のLi 2 O、
10〜20重量%の、ZrO2、HfO2またはこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される安定剤、
0.1〜5重量%のK2O、
0.1〜5重量%のAl2O3、
0〜10重量%の、酸化ホウ素、酸化リン、フッ素、酸化ナトリウム、酸化バリウム、酸化ストロンチウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化亜鉛、酸化カルシウム、酸化イットリウム、酸化チタン、酸化ニオブ、酸化タンタル、酸化ランタン、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される添加剤、および
0〜10重量%の着色剤、
を有する、二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミック。 - 着色剤が、ガラス着色酸化物および/または顔料である、請求項1に記載の二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミック。
- ガラス着色酸化物が、鉄、チタン、セリウム、銅、クロム、コバルト、ニッケル、マンガン、セレン、銀、インジウム、金、希土類金属の酸化物の群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミック。
- ガラス着色酸化物が、ネオジム、プラセオジム、サマリウムおよびユーロピウムの酸化物の群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミック。
- 顔料が、ドープしたスピネルである、請求項2に記載の二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミック。
- 下記の組成:
58〜64重量%のSiO2、
11〜13重量%のLi 2 O、
10〜15重量%の、ZrO2、HfO2またはこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される安定剤、
2〜5重量%のK2O、
2〜5重量%のAl2O3、
2〜5重量%のP2O5、および
0〜5重量%の、酸化ホウ素、フッ素、酸化ナトリウム、酸化バリウム、酸化ストロンチウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化亜鉛、酸化カルシウム、酸化イットリウム、酸化チタン、酸化ニオブ、酸化タンタル、酸化ランタン、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される添加剤、および
0〜10重量%の着色剤、
を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミック。 - a) ガラスセラミックの成分を含む最初のガラスを製造する工程、
b) 最初のガラスを第一の熱処理に供し、それにより主要な結晶相としてメタケイ酸リチウムを有するガラスセラミックを製造する工程、
c) b)のガラスセラミックを第二の熱処理に供す工程、このときメタケイ酸リチウムはSiO2とともにガラス相から二ケイ酸リチウムに転化され、それに続いて二ケイ酸リチウムは主要な結晶相として存在する、
を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを製造するための方法。 - 第一の熱処理が、620℃〜800℃の温度において1〜200分の時間で行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 第一の熱処理が、650℃〜750℃において10〜60分の時間で行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 第二の熱処理が、800℃〜1040℃の温度において5〜200分の時間で行われる、請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第二の熱処理が、800℃〜870℃において5〜30分の時間で行われる、請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 歯科用材料としての、または、歯科用材料の構成材料としての、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックの使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の二ケイ酸リチウムガラスセラミックを含む、成形された歯科用製品。
- インレー、アンレー、ブリッジ、ピン構造物、ベニアまたは(部分的)クラウンの形である、請求項13に記載の歯科用製品。
