Description
L0は熱処理前の長さであり、L1は熱処理後の長さであり、W0は熱処理前の幅であり、W1は熱処理後の幅である。
ρsは、分離膜のイオン抵抗率Ω−cmであり、Aは電極の面積cm2であり、lは分離膜の膜の厚さcmである。ρs/A比は次の(2)式で与えられる多層分離膜を有する分離膜抵抗値の変化について計算された傾きである。
ΔR及びΔδは図3に定義されている。図3の傾きの計算は、多層測定手法を用いて分離膜の膜のイオン抵抗値を評価するために使用する。

Claims (4)
- 多層微多孔性電池分離膜であって、
外側ポリオレフィン層、内側ポリオレフィン層及び外側ポリオレフィン層を有する乾式延伸された3層の微多孔性電池分離膜を含み、
前記外側ポリオレフィン層は、加工後の外側層として測定した数値で1.2g/10分以下のメルトフローインデックス(MFI)を有する高分子量ポリプロピレンであり、
ここで、前記乾式延伸された3層の微多孔性電池分離膜は、13〜25秒のGurley値を維持しつつ、25μ以下の厚さおよび37%以下の多孔度を有する、多層微多孔性電池分離膜。 - 前記微多孔性電池分離膜の正味の収縮率は、105℃6時間の測定で5%未満である請求項1に記載の多層微多孔性電池分離膜。
- 前記微多孔性電池分離膜のイオン抵抗は2.5オーム−cm2未満である請求項1または
2に記載の多層微多孔性電池分離膜。 - 多層微多孔性電池分離膜であって、
外側ポリオレフィン層、内側ポリオレフィン層及び外側ポリオレフィン層を有する乾式延伸された3層の微多孔性電池分離膜を含み、
前記外側ポリオレフィン層は、加工後の外側層として測定した数値で1.2g/10分以下のメルトフローインデックス(MFI)を有する高分子量ポリプロピレンであり、
前記内側ポリオレフィン層はポリエチレンであり、
前記3層の微多孔性電池分離膜は、25μ以下の全体の厚さを有し、13〜25秒のGurley値を維持しつつ37%以下の多孔度を有し、前記分離膜の正味の収縮率が105℃6時間の測定で5%未満である、
多層微多孔性電池分離膜。
