Claims (5)
- 一酸化炭素ガス、二酸化炭素ガスまたはそれらの混合ガスと水素ガスとを接触的に反応させてメタンガスとするための水素化触媒を製造する方法であって、鉄族遷移元素の化合物の粒子を、ジルコニウムの塩の水溶液に浸漬し、水溶液を加熱して、鉄族遷移元素の化合物の粒子の表面にジルコニウムの酸化物の層を形成したのち、水溶液から分離し、還元性雰囲気において加熱して鉄族遷移元素の化合物を金属に還元することからなる製造方法。
- 一酸化炭素ガス、二酸化炭素ガスまたはそれらの混合ガスと水素ガスとを接触的に反応させてメタンガスとするための水素化触媒を製造する方法であって、鉄族遷移元素の化合物の粒子を、ジルコニウムの塩と、セリウム、ランタンおよびバリウムの少なくとも1種の金属の塩との混合水溶液に浸漬し、水溶液を加熱して、鉄族遷移元素の化合物の粒子の表面に酸化ジルコニウムと、セリウム、ランタンおよびバリウムの少なくとも1種の金属の酸化物の層を形成したのち、水溶液から分離し、還元性雰囲気において加熱して鉄族遷移元素の化合物を金属に還元することからなる製造方法。
- 粒状の水素化触媒を製造する方法であって、請求項1または2の方法により製造した水素化触媒の粉末にバインダーを添加し、造粒したものを焼成することからなる製造方法。
- 一酸化炭素ガス、二酸化炭素ガスまたはそれらの混合ガスと水素ガスとからメタンガスを製造する方法であって、請求項1または2の方法により製造した粉末状の水素化触媒を、加熱した原料ガスにより流動床の状態としたものに原料ガスを接触させ、反応ガスからメタンガスを回収し、未反応ガスを原料ガスに循環使用することからなる製造方法。
- 一酸化炭素ガス、二酸化炭素ガスまたはそれらの混合ガスと水素ガスとからメタンガスを製造する方法であって、原料ガスを、請求項3の方法により製造した粒状の水素化触媒を充填した固定床反応器において触媒と接触させ、反応ガスからメタンガスを回収し、未反応ガスを原料ガスに循環使用することからなる製造方法。
