図1は、本実施形態の釣り糸用ガイド部材1の一例を示す、(a)は正面図、(b)は(a)で示すZ−Z’線で切断した状態を示す側面断面図であり、(c)は(b)の側面断面図におけるA部の拡大図である。

出発原料として、Si粉末(平均粒径D50=10μm)およびSi3N4粉末(α化率70%、平均粒径D50=1μm)と、焼結助剤であるY2O3粉末(平均粒径D50=1μm)、Al2O3粉末(平均粒径D50=1μm)、SiO2粉末(平均粒径D50=1μm)を準備した。続いて、それぞれの粉末を、Si粉末を65質量%、Si3N4粉末を15質量%、Y2O3粉末を12質量%、Al2O3粉末を5質量%、SiO2粉末を3質量%秤量した。

Claims (10)
- リング状をなし、軸線を含む切断面の断面視において、内周側から外周側に向かって曲面とされており、内周側の曲面において、軸線方向中央部側の曲面の曲率半径をR1、軸線方向端部側の曲面の曲率半径をR2、前記内周側の曲面の一方の端部から一方の外周側に延びる曲面の曲率半径をR3としたとき、R2よりもR1が大きく、R3がR2以上であることを特徴とする釣り糸用ガイド部材。
- 比率R1/R2の値が3以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の釣り糸用ガイド部材。
- 比率R3/R2の値が1.2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の釣り糸用ガイド部材。
- 外周側にフランジ部を有するとともに、前記断面視において、該フランジ部は、一端が前記内周側の曲面につながる外面の少なくとも一部が曲面とされており、該曲面の曲率半径をR4としたとき、R4がR2以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の釣り糸用ガイド部材。
- 前記断面視において、前記フランジ部は、前記外面の他端から厚み方向に伸びる内側面を有しており、該内側面の少なくとも一部に窪み部を有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の釣り糸用ガイド部材。
- 窒化珪素質焼結体からなり、任意の断面において、円相当径1μm以上の窒化珪素の結晶粒子が、10μm×10μmの単位領域当たり20個以下(0個を含まず)存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の釣り糸用ガイド部材。
- 窒化珪素質焼結体からなり、ボイド率が0.3%以上1.5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の釣り糸用ガイド部材。
- 窒化珪素質焼結体からなり、X線回折チャートにおける2θ=37.2°のメリライト(Y2Si3O3N4:イットリウムナイトライドシリケート)結晶のピーク強度をIM、2θ=27.0°の窒化珪素結晶のピーク強度をISとしたとき、IM/ISの値が0.1以下(0を除く)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の釣り糸用ガイド部材。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の釣り糸用ガイド部材と、該釣り糸用ガイド部材を保持するための保持部と、該保持部を釣り竿に取り付けるための取り付け部とを有してなることを特徴とする釣り糸用ガイド。
- 竿体と、該竿体に取り付けられた請求項9に記載の釣り糸用ガイドとを備えることを特徴とする釣り竿。
