Description
共押出しされたインフレートフィルムが、カートン紙との熱接着強さを試験するために作製される。多層インフレートフィルム構造物が下記のように製造される:フィルムサンプルを従来の3層共押出しインフレートフィルム製造ラインで作製する。フィルム押出しのための設定温度が180℃前後であり、しかし、これよりも高い温度又は低い温度を、機械出力、スクリュー設計及び他の要因に依存して使用することができる。すべてのフィルムサンプルの厚さが20/60/20の層比率で30ミクロンである。A/B/B型のフィルム構造物が、外側層と、YanShan Petrochemicalによって作製される純LDPE100AC(2.0g/10分、密度:0.920g/cc)から構成されるコア層(B層)とにより製造される。(LDPEが入手性のために使用され、また、異なる第1の層のために特許請求の範囲に含まれないが、分離が、基体と、「A」層との間で生じたので、下記で示される接着強さデータは依然として関連があると考えられる)。すべてのフィルムが、約40dynの処理レベルによりA層に対してコロナ処理される。

フィルムのための製造条件が下記に示される:

押出し機の溶融物温度(Homo−PPについて):250℃

Claims (6)
- a.ASTM D1238(2.16kg、230℃)に従って求められるとき、2g/10分〜8g/10分の範囲にメルトフローレートを有するホモポリマーポリプロピレンを含む第1の層と、
b.融点が90℃〜105℃であり、プロピレン系エラストマー、プロピレン系プラストマー及びオレフィンブロックコポリマーからなる群より選択されるポリオレフィン材料を含む第2の層と
からなり、前記第2の層は厚さが少なくとも3ミクロンである、紙基材上への積層のためのフィルム構造組成物であって、
前記プロピレン系エラストマー又はプロピレン系プラストマーが、以下:
50ジュール/gm未満の融解熱
コモノマーとして、エラストマー又はプラストマーの重量に基づく3〜15重量%のエチレン
少なくとも0.865g/cm 3 の密度
10,000〜1,000,000の間のMw、

- 前記第2の層が、リアクター規格のプロピレン系エラストマー又はプロピレン系プラストマーを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム構造物。
- 前記第2の層が前記オレフィンブロックコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム構造物。
- 積層されているフィルム構造物を有する板紙であって、前記フィルム構造物が、
a.ASTM D1238(2.16kg、230℃)に従って求められるとき、2g/10分〜8g/10分の範囲にメルトフローレートを有するホモポリマーポリプロピレンを含む第1の層と、
b.融点が90℃〜105℃であり、プロピレン系エラストマー、プロピレン系プラストマー及びオレフィンブロックコポリマーからなる群より選択されるポリオレフィン材料を含む第2の層と
からなり、前記第2の層は厚さが少なくとも3ミクロンである、板紙であって、
前記プロピレン系エラストマー又はプロピレン系プラストマーが、以下:
50ジュール/g未満の融解熱
コモノマーとして、エラストマー又はプラストマーの重量に基づく3〜15重量%のエチレン
少なくとも0.865g/cm 3 の密度
10,000〜1,000,000の間のMw、
