Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載されたエンジンが出力するエンジントルクによって回転されるよう適合された入力軸の回転を複数段の変速比に変速して前記車両の駆動輪に回転連結された出力軸に伝達する自動変速装置と、
クラッチアクチュエータの作動によって前記エンジンのアウトプットシャフトと前記自動変速装置の前記入力軸とを係脱するとともに前記アウトプットシャフトから前記入力軸に伝達されるクラッチトルクを目標クラッチトルクに制御するクラッチと、
前記クラッチのクラッチトルクを制御する前記クラッチアクチュエータのクラッチアクチュエータ作動量と前記クラッチトルクとの対応関係を記憶するクラッチトルク−作動量記憶部と、
所要の目標クラッチトルクに対応する前記クラッチアクチュエータのクラッチアクチュエータ作動量を前記クラッチトルク−作動量記憶部から求め前記クラッチアクチュエータを前記クラッチアクチュエータ作動量作動させて前記クラッチトルクを前記目標クラッチトルクに制御するクラッチ制御部と、
前記クラッチトルク−作動量記憶部に記憶された前記クラッチアクチュエータ作動量と前記クラッチトルクとの対応関係を学習して補正する対応関係補正部と、
前記エンジンの回転数を検出するエンジン回転数検出部と、
前記エンジンの出力を制御するエンジン出力制御部の作動量を検出するエンジン出力制御作動量検出部と、
前記エンジン出力制御部の各作動量における前記エンジンの回転数と前記エンジントルクとの関係に基づいて前記エンジン出力制御作動量検出部が検出したエンジン出力制御作動量と前記エンジン回転数検出部が検出したエンジン回転数とから前記エンジントルクを検出するエンジントルク検出部と、
前記自動変速装置の入力軸又は出力軸に回転連結されたモータと、を備え、
前記対応関係補正部は、
前記エンジンのアウトプットシャフトおよび前記自動変速装置の前記入力軸が完全に係合し、前記車両の車速が一定となる定常走行状態となったとき、前記エンジントルク検出部によって検出された前記エンジントルクが所定値以下の低トルクであることを検出する低トルク検出部と、
現在のエンジン回転数よりも僅かに大きい学習用エンジン回転数を設定する学習用エンジン回転数設定部と、
前記エンジン出力制御部の現在のエンジン出力制御作動量において前記エンジントルク検出部により検出された前記学習用エンジン回転数に対応する学習用エンジントルクと等しい学習用クラッチトルクに対応する学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量を演算する学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量演算部と、
前記クラッチアクチュエータを前記学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量作動させ、前記クラッチに前記完全に係合した状態から滑りを発生させるクラッチアクチュエータ学習作動部と、
前記クラッチアクチュエータを前記学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量作動させ、前記エンジン回転数検出部によって検出した実際のエンジン回転数が安定したときに前記実際のエンジン回転数と前記学習用エンジン回転数との差が許容値以下であるとき、前記クラッチトルク−作動量記憶部において、前記学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量に対応するクラッチトルクの値を前記学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量作動させたときに前記エンジントルク検出部で検出されるエンジントルクに置き換えるクラッチトルク−作動量補正部と、
を有するハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。 - 車両に搭載されたエンジンが出力するエンジントルクによって回転されるよう適合された入力軸の回転を複数段の変速比に変速して前記車両の駆動輪に回転連結された出力軸に伝達する自動変速装置と、
クラッチアクチュエータの作動によって前記エンジンのアウトプットシャフトと前記自動変速装置の前記入力軸とを係脱するとともに前記アウトプットシャフトから前記入力軸に伝達されるクラッチトルクを目標クラッチトルクに制御するクラッチと、
前記クラッチのクラッチトルクを制御する前記クラッチアクチュエータのクラッチアクチュエータ作動量と前記クラッチトルクとの対応関係を記憶するクラッチトルク−作動量記憶部と、
所要の目標クラッチトルクに対応する前記クラッチアクチュエータのクラッチアクチュエータ作動量を前記クラッチトルク−作動量記憶部から求め前記クラッチアクチュエータを前記クラッチアクチュエータ作動量作動させて前記クラッチトルクを前記目標クラッチトルクに制御するクラッチ制御部と、
前記クラッチトルク−作動量記憶部に記憶された前記クラッチアクチュエータ作動量と前記クラッチトルクとの対応関係を学習して補正する対応関係補正部と、
前記エンジンの回転数を検出するエンジン回転数検出部と、
前記エンジンの出力を制御するエンジン出力制御部の作動量を検出するエンジン出力制御作動量検出部と、
前記エンジン出力制御部の各作動量における前記エンジンの回転数と前記エンジントルクとの関係に基づいて前記エンジン出力制御作動量検出部が検出したエンジン出力制御作動量と前記エンジン回転数検出部が検出したエンジン回転数とから前記エンジントルクを検出するエンジントルク検出部と、
前記自動変速装置の入力軸又は出力軸に回転連結されたモータと、を備え、
前記対応関係補正部は、
前記エンジンのアウトプットシャフトおよび前記自動変速装置の前記入力軸が完全に係合し、前記車両の車速が一定となる定常走行状態となったとき、前記エンジントルク検出部によって検出された前記エンジントルクが所定値以下の低トルクであることを検出する低トルク検出部と、
現在のエンジン回転数よりも僅かに大きい学習用エンジン回転数を設定する学習用エンジン回転数設定部と、
前記エンジン出力制御部の現在のエンジン出力制御作動量において前記エンジントルク検出部により検出された前記学習用エンジン回転数に対応する学習用エンジントルク、および当該学習用エンジントルクを中心とした上方および下方学習用エンジントルクを演算し、前記上方および下方学習用エンジントルクと等しい上方および下方学習用クラッチトルクに対応する下方および上方学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量を演算する学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量演算部と、
前記エンジン回転数検出部によって検出した実際のエンジン回転数が前記学習用エンジン回転数になるまで前記クラッチに前記完全に係合した状態から滑りを発生させるクラッチアクチュエータ学習作動部と、
前記クラッチアクチュエータを下方学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量から上方学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量までの間で作動させて前記実際のエンジン回転数が前記学習用エンジン回転数で安定したときに、前記クラッチトルク−作動量記憶部において、前記実際のエンジン回転数が前記学習用エンジン回転数と等しくなったときの前記クラッチアクチュエータ作動量を、前記学習用エンジントルクと等しい学習用クラッチトルクに対応する学習用クラッチアクチュエータ作動量として置き換えるクラッチトルク−作動量補正部と、
を有するハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2において、
前記低トルク検出部が検出する前記所定値以下の低トルクの前記所定値は前記エンジントルクの最大値の1/5から1/4の間の値であるハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項2において、
前記上方および下方学習用エンジントルクは前記学習用エンジントルクに対し、それぞれ20%増減された値であるハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項において、
前記クラッチは前記エンジンのアウトプットシャフトと前記自動変速装置の前記入力軸とを係脱可能に連結し、前記モータは、前記自動変速装置の前記出力軸に回転連結されるとともに前記駆動輪にモータ減速比で回転連結されているハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。
