Description
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関において、
シリンダ(8)を備える駆動ユニット(2)と、
前記シリンダ(8)に接続された排ガス管(25)と、該排ガス管(25)に沿って下流に向かって順に配置された、タービン(26)と、燃焼室(28)と、粒子フィルタ(29)とを備える排気ユニット(5)と、
シリンダ(8)及び排気ユニット(5)に燃焼用空気を供給するための燃焼用空気供給ユニット(3)と、
燃焼用空気供給ユニット(3)を排気ユニット(5)に接続するバイパス管(30)と、
高圧ポンプユニット(17)を備える、燃料をシリンダ(8)に供給するためのユニット(4)と、が設けられており、
内燃機関(1)が、排気ユニット(5)の排ガス管(25)に、燃焼室(28)におけるポスト燃焼のための燃料を供給するための供給装置(6)を有しており、
該供給装置(6)が、高圧ポンプユニット(17)の出口管(44)に接続され且つ前記タービン(26)と前記燃焼室(28)との間で排ガス管(25)に接続される供給ライン(33)を有しており、
高圧ポンプユニット(17)が、ピストンポンプ(21)と、歯車ポンプ(22)とを有しており、前記出口管(44)が、歯車ポンプ(22)とピストンポンプ(21)との間に配置されており、
前記歯車ポンプ(22)によって排ガス管(25)内に燃料が供給されるよう構成されており、
供給装置(6)が、前記供給ライン(33)を前記高圧ポンプユニット(17)に接続するためのユニオン(34)を有しており、該ユニオン(34)が、高圧ポンプユニット(17)の出口管(44)に接続されており、且つ前記高圧ポンプユニット(17)から流出された燃料流の圧力変動を平均値の±0.5bar以内に減じて前記燃料流を前記供給ライン(33)に供給するために、燃料流の横断面のための狭窄部(43)を有することを特徴とする、内燃機関。 - 供給装置(6)が、排気ユニット(5)に、調量された流量の燃料を噴射するための燃料インジェクタ(35)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の内燃機関。
- 前記燃料の流量を調量するため、前記燃料インジェクタ(35)に調量信号(DS)を発信する制御ユニット(37)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の内燃機関。
- 供給装置(6)が、高圧ポンプユニット(17)と排ガス管(25)との間における燃料流を選択的に遮断又は供給するための、高圧ポンプユニット(17)と排ガス管との間に延びた燃料供給ライン(33)に沿って配置されたインタセプト弁(36)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関。
- インタセプト弁(36)が、常時閉鎖されている電気式のオン/オフ弁であり、制御ユニット(37)によって発信された再生信号(RS)によって開放されることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の内燃機関。
