Claims (13)
- 内燃機関(1)の粒子フィルタ(29)を再生する方法において、該方法が、排ガス管(25)においてポスト燃焼を行うために粒子フィルタ(29)の上流で排ガス管(25)内に燃焼空気を供給するステップと、高圧ポンプユニット(17)によって内燃機関(1)のシリンダ(8)に燃料を供給するステップとを含み、燃料を高圧ポンプユニット(17)によって排ガス管(25)内に供給することを特徴とする、内燃機関の粒子フィルタを再生する方法。
- 高圧ポンプユニット(17)が、ピストンポンプ(21)と、該ピストンポンプ(21)に供給するように設計された歯車ポンプ(22)とを含み、方法が、歯車ポンプ(22)によって排ガス管(25)内に燃料を供給するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 燃料インジェクタ(35)によって排ガス管(25)内に燃料を調量することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 高圧ポンプユニット(17)と排ガス管(25)との間に延びた燃料供給ライン(33)に沿って配置されたインタセプト弁(36)によって、高圧ポンプユニット(17)と排ガス管(25)との間の燃料流を選択的に遮断又は供給することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- インタセプト弁(33)が、常時閉鎖されている電気式のオン/オフ弁であり、方法が、制御ユニット(37)によって発信される再生信号(RS)によってインタセプト弁を開放させることを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 駆動軸(9)の750rpmの作動速度で6barより高い平均圧力で燃料を供給することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 高圧ポンプユニット(17)の直ぐ下流において、ポスト燃焼の燃料供給を狭窄することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 内燃機関において、
シリンダ(8)を備える駆動ユニット(2)と、粒子フィルタ(29)を備える排気ユニット(5)と、シリンダ(8)及び排気ユニット(5)に供給するための燃焼空気供給ユニット(3)と、高圧ポンプユニット(17)を備える、燃料をシリンダ(8)に供給するためのユニット(4)とが設けられており、内燃機関(1)が、排気ユニット(5)にポスト燃焼の燃料を供給するための供給装置(6)を有しており、該供給装置(6)が、高圧ポンプユニット(17)の加圧燃料出口に接続された供給ライン(33)を有することを特徴とする、内燃機関。 - 高圧ポンプユニット(17)が、ピストンポンプ(21)と、歯車ポンプ(22)とを有しており、前記燃料出口が、歯車ポンプ(22)とピストンポンプ(21)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の内燃機関。
- 供給装置(6)が、排気ユニット(5)に燃料を調量するための燃料インジェクタ(35)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8又は9記載の内燃機関。
- 供給装置(6)が、高圧ポンプユニット(17)と排ガス管(25)との間における燃料流を選択的に遮断又は供給するための、高圧ポンプユニット(17)と排ガス管との間に延びた燃料供給ライン(33)に沿って配置されたインタセプト弁(36)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関。
- インタセプト弁(33)が、常時閉鎖されている電気式のオン/オフ弁であり、方法が、制御ユニット(37)によって発信された再生信号(RS)によってインタセプト弁(36)を開放させることを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11記載の内燃機関。
- 供給装置(6)が、ユニオン(34)を有しており、該ユニオン(34)が、高圧ポンプユニット(17)の出口管に接続されることができ且つ上流における圧力変動を減衰させ、該圧力変動を平均値の±0.5bar以内に減じるために燃料流の横断面のための狭窄部(43)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8から12までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関。
