Description
この実施例では、塩−アスコルビン酸混合物のpHに基づいたアンモニウム塩に対する潜在的候補を識別するために予備試験が実施された。種々のアンモニウム酸性反応性塩の実質的に水性の溶液のpHが試験された。この実施例で試験された塩は、塩化アンモニウム(NH4Cl)、フッ化アンモニウム(NH4F)、硝酸アンモニウム(NH4NO3)、及び硫酸アンモニウム((NH4)2SO4)であった。
アスコルビン酸と塩化アンモニウム、硫酸アンモニウム及びフッ化水素の組み合わせを使用して鉄除去のためのハニカムSCR触媒が試験された。約30gのハニカム触媒が270mLの対象溶液(表3〜5参照)中に置かれ、水浴中で4時間加熱及び混合された。溶液の試料が、試験の始め、1時間後、4時間後に取られ、表2に記載された分析試験法を使用してpH,Fe2+及び合計鉄分析のために保存された。
SO 2 からSO 3 への変換率の変化の決定
この実施例では、本開示の一実施態様により処理されたSCR触媒に対するSO2からSO3への変換率の変化が決定された。鉄で汚染されたSCR触媒のSO2からSO3への変換率が、本開示の一実施態様による処理前後で決定された。
Claims (17)
- 一種以上の鉄化合物の蓄積を持つSCR触媒を再生する方法であって、
一種以上の鉄化合物の蓄積を持つSCR触媒を、アンモニウム系酸性反応性塩及び少なくとも一種の酸化防止剤を含む実質的に水性の溶液で処理すること;及び
SCR触媒上に蓄積した一種以上の鉄化合物の少なくとも一部分を除去すること;
を含み、
実質的に水性の溶液が2.0〜5.0のpHを持つこと、及びアンモニウム系酸性反応性塩が塩化アンモニウムまたは硫酸アンモニウムであることを特徴とする方法。 - アンモニウム系酸性反応性塩の濃度が0.1重量%〜10.0重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一種の酸化防止剤がアスコルビン酸またはその誘導体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 実質的に水性の溶液におけるアスコルビン酸またはその誘導体の濃度が0.5重量%〜10.0重量%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- SCR触媒を処理することが、0℃〜100℃の温度でSCR触媒を処理することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- SCR触媒を処理することが、溶液中の触媒を動かすこと、及び実質的に水性の溶液を攪拌することの少なくとも一つをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶液中の触媒を動かすことが、触媒を上下させること、触媒を垂直、対角、または水平軸周りに旋回すること、触媒を縦方向に動かすこと、及び触媒を振盪することの少なくとも一つを含み、実質的に水性の溶液を攪拌することが、溶液をかき混ぜること、溶液を再循環すること、溶液を触媒中の一つ以上の開口を通して注入すること、及び溶液を超音波または低周波振動で処理することの少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- SCR触媒を処理する工程後にSCR触媒を水または第三の水性溶液で洗浄すること、及びSCR触媒を乾燥することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- SCR触媒を一種以上の触媒活性金属化合物で再含浸することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 処理されたSCR触媒が、未処理SCR触媒に比べて減少したSO2からSO3への変換率を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一種以上の鉄化合物の蓄積を持つDeNOx触媒を再生する方法であって、
一種以上の鉄化合物の蓄積を持つDeNOx触媒を、2.0〜5.0のpHを持ちかつ0.1〜4.0重量%の酸性反応性アンモニウム塩及び0.5〜2.0重量%のアスコルビン酸またはその誘導体を含む実質的に水性の溶液で処理すること;
DeNOx触媒上に蓄積した一種以上の鉄化合物の少なくとも一部分を除去すること;
処理されたDeNOx触媒を水または水性溶液で洗浄すること;及び
DeNOx触媒を乾燥すること;
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 処理されたDeNOx触媒が、未処理DeNOx触媒に比べて減少したSO2からSO3への変換率を持つことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- DeNOx触媒を処理することがDeNOx触媒を20℃〜60℃の温度で処理することを含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- DeNOx触媒を処理することがDeNOx触媒を60℃の温度で処理することを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- SCR触媒を処理することがSCR触媒を20℃〜60℃の温度で処理することを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- SCR触媒を処理することがSCR触媒を60℃の温度で処理することを含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- SCR触媒を処理することが、溶液中の触媒を動かすこと、及び実質的に水性の溶液を攪拌することの少なくとも一つをさらに含み、溶液中の触媒を動かすことが、触媒を上下させること、触媒を垂直、対角、または水平軸周りに旋回すること、触媒を縦方向に動かすこと、及び触媒を振盪することの少なくとも一つを含み、実質的に水性の溶液を攪拌することが、溶液をかき混ぜること、溶液を再循環すること、溶液を触媒中の一つ以上の開口を通して注入すること、及び溶液を超音波または低周波振動で処理することの少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
