Claims (15)
- 対象者の身体システムの周期的活動の結果として運動する前記対象者の身体の一部分と共に使用される装置であって、
前記対象者の身体の前記一部分の複数の画像フレームを取得する撮像装置と、
前記周期的活動の位相を検知するセンサと、
前記対象者の身体の前記一部分との関係において機能を実行するように構成された医療ツールと、
制御ユニットであって、前記制御ユニットは、
前記対象者の前記一部分内に配設された前記医療ツールの安定化されたビデオストリームを生成するように構成され、前記安定化されたビデオストリームは、
取得した前記複数の画像フレームを前記対象者の身体の前記一部分の運動に対応する1個またはそれ以上の生理学的信号又はプロセスに対してゲーティングし、および/または、
取得した前記画像フレームを互いにアライメントすることによって、生成されるものであり、前記制御ユニットは更に、
前記周期的活動がその所定の位相にあることを前記センサが検知するのに応答し、前記医療ツールが前記機能を実行するようにおよび/または前記医療ツールが前記対象者の身体の一部分に対して運動するように、前記医療ツールを作動させ、且つ、
前記周期的活動が前記所定の位相にないことを前記センサが検知するのに応答し、前記医療ツールが前記機能を実行することを禁止しおよび/または前記医療ツールが前記対象者の身体の一部分に対して運動するのを禁止するように構成されている、前記制御ユニットと、
前記対象者の身体の前記一部分内に配置された前記医療ツールの前記安定化されたビデオストリームを表示することにより、前記ツールの使用を円滑にするように構成されたディスプレイと、を有する装置。 - 前記ツールは、前記一部分内において拡張することによって前記対象者の身体の前記一部分内に埋植されるように構成された弁を有し、且つ、前記制御ユニットは、前記弁を拡張させることによって前記弁を作動させるように構成される請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ツールは、前記一部分内において拡張することによって前記対象者の身体の前記一部分内に埋植されるように構成された中隔閉鎖装置を有し、且つ、前記制御ユニットは、前記中隔閉鎖装置を拡張させることによって前記中隔閉鎖装置を作動させるように構成される請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ツールは、前記対象者の身体の前記一部分の管腔内において膨張することによって前記機能を実行するように構成されたバルーンを有する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ツールは、前記対象者の身体の前記一部分内において血管の閉塞をバイパスさせるように構成された管状構造を有する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ツールは、前記対象者の身体の前記一部分内において個々の治療サイトに血管再生治療を順番に適用するように構成された心筋血管再生ツールを有し、
前記制御ユニットは、前記ツールを作動させて血管再生治療を治療サイトに適用させることにより、前記ツールを作動させて前記機能を実行させ、且つ、前記血管再生ツールの少なくとも一部分を連続した治療サイトに向かって運動させることにより、前記ツールを運動させるように構成される請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記ツールは、前記対象者の身体の前記一部分内において個々の切除サイトを順番に切除するように構成された切除ツールを有し、
前記制御ユニットは、前記ツールを作動させて切除サイトを切除させることにより、前記ツールを作動させて前記機能を実行させ、且つ、前記切除ツールの少なくとも一部分を連続した切除サイトに向かって運動させることにより、前記ツールを運動させるように構成される請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記ツールは、前記対象者の身体の前記一部分内において物質を注入するように構成された注入ツールを有し、且つ、
前記制御ユニットは、前記ツールを作動させて前記物質を注入させることにより、前記ツールを作動させて前記機能を実行させ、且つ、前記ツールの少なくとも一部分を注入サイトに向かって運動させることにより、前記ツールを運動させるように構成される請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記ツールは、前記対象者の身体の前記一部分内において組織を縫合するように構成された針を有し、且つ、
前記制御ユニットは、前記ツールを作動させて前記組織を縫合させることにより、前記ツールを作動させて前記機能を実行させ、且つ、前記針を連続した縫合サイトに向かって運動させることにより、前記ツールを運動させるように構成される請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記ツールは、前記対象者の身体の前記一部分内の吸引サイトから組織を吸引するように構成された針を有し、且つ、
前記制御ユニットは、前記針を作動させて前記組織を吸引させることにより、前記針を作動させて前記機能を実行させ、且つ、前記針を前記吸引サイトに向かって運動させることにより、前記針を運動させるように構成される請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記ツールは、前記対象者の身体の前記一部分の管腔の少なくとも部分的な閉塞に対して閉塞開放アクションを実行することにより、前記機能を実行するように構成された閉塞開放ツールを有する請求項1〜10の中のいずれか一項記載の装置。
- 前記ツールは、前記閉塞に向かって運動することにより、前記閉塞開放アクションを実行するように構成され、且つ、第1周期の前記所定の位相において前記ツールを作動させた後に、且つ、後続の周期の前記所定の位相における前記ツールの前記作動の前に、前記制御ユニットは、前記閉塞から前記ツールを退却させるように構成される請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記周期的な活動は、前記対象者の心臓周期を含み、且つ、前記センサは、前記対象者の心臓周期の位相を検知するセンサを有する請求項1〜10の中のいずれか一項記載の装置。
- ユーザーによって操作されるように構成された器具を更に有し、前記制御ユニットは、(a)前記周期的活動が前記その所定の位相にあることを前記センサが検知するのに応答し、且つ、(b)前記器具が前記ユーザーによって操作されるのに応答し、前記ツールを作動させて前記機能を実行させるように構成される請求項1〜10の中のいずれか一項記載の装置。
- 前記器具は、前記周期的活動とは独立したフォースフィードバックを前記ユーザーに提供するように構成される請求項14記載の装置。
