Description
本発明を具現化している代表的なシステムについて上で論じた構造、技法、及び有益性は、一例に過ぎない。多くの実施形態に本発明の原理を用いることができるという点を考慮し、添付図面に関してここで説明している実施形態は、説明のみを目的とするものであって、本発明の範囲を限定するものと解釈されるべきではないものと認識されたい。従って、ここで説明している発明では、全てのその様な実施形態は、特許請求の範囲及びその等価物の範囲に包含されるものと考えている。
Claims (22)
- 画像データソースの組み合わせから脈管の特徴の画像を作製する方法において、
所定の脈管区間の血管造影画像を作成する段階と、
前記血管造成画像データとは明確に区別できる情報を備えており、且つ、前記脈管区間に沿う連続する点で捕捉された情報を備えている、脈管画像データセットを捕捉する段階と、
前記血管造影画像と前記脈管区間に沿う各点の前記脈管画像データの両方から、独立してレンダリングされた特性を比較することにより、前記脈管画像データのインスタンスを、前記脈管区間の前記血管造影画像に沿う点に相関付ける段階とを有する方法。 - 前記脈管画像データセットは、脈管内超音波画像データを備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記特性は、前記脈管区間に沿う所定の点の円周方向断面の区域を備えている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記相関付ける段階は、直線的変位を補正するために適用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記相関付ける段階は、回転的変位を補正するために適用される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 角度方向変位演算の実際のセットに限界を適用し、適した角度方向回転セットをレンダリングする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの基準点を規定し、これにより、前記相関付ける段階を行うのに血管造影画像上で基準となる点を提供する段階を更に含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脈管区間の3次元表現のグラフィック表示を生成する段階を更に含んでおり、前記脈管画像データのインスタンスからレンダリングされる画像要素の配置は、前記相関付ける段階に基づいている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脈管区間の3次元表現は、前記脈管区間の非直線的パスを示す表示アーチアファクトを備えている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記脈管区間の3次元表現は、前記脈管区間の壁内の脈管病変部の相対位置を示す表示アーチアファクトを備えている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記脈管区間の3次元表現は、前記脈管区間の特定の部分内の特定の円周方向範囲に方向決めされた治療を視覚的に誘導するのに適している、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記治療は、指向性アテローム切除術を含んでいる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記治療は、ステントの設置を含んでいる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントは、非均一的に製作されている、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ステントは、薬物溶出性である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 複数のステントが、単一の装置上に担持されている、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記脈管区間の3次元表現は、前記脈管画像データセットから復元された画像データのオーバーレイと2次元血管造影画像とを備えている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記脈管区間の3次元表現は、前記脈管画像データセットから生成された最大厚さ線と最小厚さ線を備えている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記脈管区間の3次元表現は、前記脈管区間の選定された長さに亘る斑の量と組成を示すグラフィカルに表現された情報を備えている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記脈管区間の3次元表現は、前記脈管区間の2つの側のそれぞれの斑の厚さを示すグラフィカルに表現された情報を備えている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記脈管画像データのインスタンスは、前記脈管区間の特定の円周方向断面の画像フレームに対応している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記血管造影画像は、3次元血管造影画像である、請求項1に記載の方法。
