Claims (14)
- インターベンションシステムであって、
対象のライブ画像を提供するイメージング装置と、
針装置と、
処理装置とを有し、
前記針装置が組織特性に対応するデータを提供するためのセンサを有し、
前記処理装置が前記センサからの前記データを利用して記録済画像と前記ライブ画像のオーバーレイレジストレーションを実行する、インターベンションシステム。 - 分析装置をさらに有し、前記分析装置が前記センサに結合し、前記センサからの前記データを処理し、それによって組織特性についての情報を生成する、請求項1に記載のインターベンションシステム。
- 前記針装置の前記センサが光を放射及び受信することができる光ファイバを有し、前記分析装置が分光法のためのコンソールを有し、前記コンソールと前記光ファイバが互いに接続する、請求項2に記載のインターベンションシステム。
- 前記分光法のためのコンソールが、反射分光法、蛍光分光法、自己蛍光分光法、光路差分光法、ラマン分光法、光干渉断層撮影、光散乱分光法、多光子蛍光分光法から成る群の1つから情報を提供する、請求項3に記載のインターベンションシステム。
- 前記針装置の前記センサが顕微鏡イメージング能力を持つ素子を有する、請求項2に記載のインターベンションシステム。
- 前記イメージング装置が、X線装置、コンピュータ断層撮影装置、磁気共鳴断層撮影装置、及び超音波装置から成る群の1つである非侵襲的イメージングモダリティである、請求項1に記載のインターベンションシステム。
- 前記針装置が前記イメージング装置によって視覚化されることができる構造と材料を有する、請求項1に記載のインターベンションシステム。
- 関心対象のライブ画像と記録済画像を合成する方法であって、
前記記録済画像と前記ライブ画像のオーバーレイを作るステップと、
局所組織情報を取得するステップと、
前記取得した局所組織情報を利用して前記画像のオーバーレイを再較正するステップとを有する、方法。 - データベースから前記記録済画像を受信するステップと、
イメージング装置から前記ライブ画像を受信するステップとをさらに有する、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記局所組織情報が針装置を用いて取得される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記オーバーレイを作るステップが、前記記録済画像中の座標系を規定するステップと前記ライブ画像中の対応する座標系を規定するステップとを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記オーバーレイを再較正するステップが、前記取得した組織情報に対応する前記ライブ画像中の特徴を識別するステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記オーバーレイ中の誤差を計算するために前記記録済画像、前記ライブ画像及び前記局所組織情報がリアルタイム処理される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 関心対象のライブ画像と記録済画像を合成するためのコンピュータプログラムであって、処理装置のプロセッサ上で実行されるときに前記処理装置に請求項8に記載の方法のステップを実行させる、コンピュータプログラム。
