Description
本願発明に係る実施形態には、例えば、以下のものが考えられる。

画像データソースの組み合わせから脈管の特徴の画像を作製する方法において、
所定の脈管区間の血管造影画像を作成する段階と、
前記血管造成画像データとは明確に区別できる情報を備えており、且つ、前記脈管区間に沿う連続する点で捕捉された情報を備えている、脈管画像データセットを捕捉する段階と、
前記血管造影画像と前記脈管区間に沿う各点の前記脈管画像データの両方から、独立してレンダリングされた特性を比較することにより、前記脈管画像データのインスタンスを、前記脈管区間の前記血管造影画像に沿う点に相関付ける段階とを有する方法。
[実施形態2]
前記脈管画像データセットは、脈管内超音波画像データを備えている、実施形態1に記載の方法。
[実施形態3]
前記特性は、前記脈管区間に沿う所定の点の円周方向断面の区域を備えている、実施形態1に記載の方法。
[実施形態4]
前記相関付ける段階は、直線的変位を補正するために適用される、実施形態1に記載の方法。
[実施形態5]
前記相関付ける段階は、回転的変位を補正するために適用される、実施形態4に記載の方法。

Claims (14)
- 画像化システムにおいて、
脈管の血管造影画像を示すグラフィック表示装置(160)を備え、
前記画像化システムは、撮像カテーテル(85)によって撮像された前記脈管の画像を前記血管造影画像と所定のアルゴリズムに基づき相互位置合わせして作成された複合画像を前記グラフィック表示装置(160)に示すよう構成され、
前記アルゴリズムが、前記撮像された脈管の画像から得られた基準点の各々におけるパラメータの第1の値と前記血管造影画像から得られた前記基準点の各々における前記パラメータの第2の値との差の平方値の合計が最小になるように、前記撮像された脈管の画像を前記血管造影画像と相互位置合わせし、
前記パラメータが、前記脈管の内腔面積である、画像化システム。 - 前記撮像された脈管の画像と前記血管造影画像を、前記脈管の軸方向に整列するように相互位置合わせする、請求項1に記載の画像化システム。
- 前記撮像された脈管の画像及び前記血管造影画像が、3次元画像である、請求項2に記載の画像化システム。
- 前記撮像された脈管の画像の一の内腔境界のスライス画像を血管造影面に投影し、対応する2次元の血管造影画像と自動的に比較して、前記一の内腔境界のスライス画像の、血管造影情報から得られた3次元中心線の周りの円周方向の方位を最適化する、請求項3に記載の画像化システム。
- 前記一の内腔境界のスライス画像とは異なる、前記撮像された脈管の画像の他の内腔境界のスライス画像を血管造影面に投影し、対応する2次元の血管造影画像と自動的に比較して、前記他の内腔境界のスライス画像の前記円周方向の方位を最適化する、請求項4に記載の画像化システム。
- 前記脈管を撮像するための撮像プローブが装着されているカテーテルの物理的制約を考慮に入れて、前記最適化された一の内腔境界のスライス画像と前記他の内腔境界のスライス画像との間の角度回転量の差に制限を加えて前記他の内腔境界のスライス画像の前記円周方向の方位を最適化する、請求項5に記載の画像化システム。
- 前記撮像された脈管の画像が、IVUS画像である、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の画像化システム。
- 画像化システムの制御方法において、
脈管の血管造影画像のデータを取得して、前記血管造影画像をグラフィック表示装置(160)に示す工程と、
撮像カテーテル(85)によって撮像された前記脈管の画像のデータを取得して、前記撮像された脈管の画像を前記血管造影画像と所定のアルゴリズムに基づき相互位置合わせして作成された複合画像を前記グラフィック表示装置(160)に示す工程とを含み、 前記アルゴリズムが、前記撮像された脈管の画像から得られた基準点の各々におけるパラメータの第1の値と前記血管造影画像から得られた前記基準点の各々における前記パラメータの第2の値との差の平方値の合計が最小になるように、前記撮像された脈管の画像を前記血管造影画像と相互位置合わせし、
前記パラメータが、前記脈管の内腔面積である、制御方法。 - 前記撮像された脈管の画像と前記血管造影画像を、前記脈管の軸方向に整列するように相互位置合わせする、請求項8に記載の制御方法。
- 前記撮像された脈管の画像及び前記血管造影画像が、3次元画像である、請求項9に記載の制御方法。
- 前記撮像された脈管の画像の一の内腔境界のスライス画像を血管造影面に投影し、対応する2次元の血管造影画像と自動的に比較して、前記一の内腔境界のスライス画像の、血管造影情報から得られた3次元中心線の周りの円周方向の方位を最適化する、請求項10に記載の制御方法。
- 前記一の内腔境界のスライス画像とは異なる、前記撮像された脈管の画像の他の内腔境界のスライス画像を血管造影面に投影し、対応する2次元の血管造影画像と自動的に比較して、前記他の内腔境界のスライス画像の前記円周方向の方位を最適化する、請求項11に記載の制御方法。
- 前記脈管を撮像するための撮像プローブが装着されているカテーテルの物理的制約を考慮に入れて、前記最適化された一の内腔境界のスライス画像と前記他の内腔境界のスライス画像との間の角度回転量の差に制限を加えて前記他の内腔境界のスライス画像の前記円周方向の方位を最適化する、請求項12に記載の制御方法。
- 前記撮像された脈管の画像が、IVUS画像である、請求項8乃至13の何れか1項に記載の制御方法。
