Claims (5)
- 蛍光材料を含み、平面のプレートの形態である複数の光学部材の各々を、標準的な単色光源を利用して前記蛍光材料を活性化し、該蛍光材料からの出力の特性を測定することにより、検査するステップと、
前記光学部材の各々を、前記出力の特性に基づいて複数に分類するステップと、
光を放射する発光素子をアセンブリに設けるステップと、
前記出力の特性に基づいて分類された前記光学部材から所定の光学部材を選択するステップと、
選択された前記光学部材を前記アセンブリに固定するステップと、
を含む方法であって、
前記出力の特性と前記光の波長特性との組合せは、白色光を再現するように選択されている、
方法。 - 前記平面のプレートの形態である複数の光学部材の各々を検査するステップの前に、前記光学部材を形成するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 選択された前記光学部材を前記アセンブリに固定するステップの前に、前記アセンブリに設けられた前記発光素子の上に、透明封止材料を堆積するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光学部材は、透明なシリコン・ゴム、ポリカーボネート、又はアクリルから造られる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記光学部材は、ディスクである、請求項1に記載の方法。
