Claims (10)
- モータシャフトを有するモータと、前記モータシャフトに接続された減速器と、該減速器により駆動される太陽ギアを有する遊星ギアボックスと、第1位置と第2位置との間で部材を駆動するための出力軸と、被駆動リング及び駆動リングを含む保護装置とを備え、前記出力軸の一端が前記被駆動リングに固定され、前記遊星ギアボックスの出力シャフトが前記駆動リングに固定され、これにより、前記出力シャフトが前記保護装置を経て前記出力軸を駆動し、前記部材を駆動するようにし、前記保護装置は、摩擦クラッチであり、前記駆動リング及び被駆動リングは、内側リング及び外側リングで構成され、その外側リングは、軸方向一端に壁を有し、その内側リングは、外側リング内に配設され、前記クラッチは、前記外側リングの壁の軸方向端面と内側リングとの間に配置された少なくとも1つのスプリングディスクと、このスプリングディスクの押しやり作用に抗して前記外側リング内に前記内側リングを保持するサークリップとを有し、前記内側リング及び外側リングは、所定の最大値より大きな力が作用しない限り一緒に回転する、
自動開閉装置。 - 前記遊星ギアボックスは、複数の二連遊星ギアを含み、各遊星ギアは、第1セグメント及び第2セグメントを含み、第1セグメントの歯数は、第2セグメントの歯数とは異なる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1セグメントの歯数は、前記第2セグメントの歯数より多く、前記遊星ギアボックスは、更に、太陽ギア及び内部ギアを備え、該太陽ギアは、各遊星ギアの第1セグメントとかみ合い、そして前記内部ギアの歯は、各遊星ギアの第2セグメントとかみ合う、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記遊星ギアボックスは、前記内部ギア内に回転可能に固定されたキャリアを含み、各遊星ギアは、遊星ギアシャフトによってこのキャリアに回転可能に装着され、前記出力シャフトは、前記キャリアから前記内部ギアの外に延びて、前記キャリアと共に回転する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記遊星ギアボックスは、更に、カバープレートを含み、前記遊星ギアは、遊星ギアシャフトによりこのカバープレートと前記キャリアとの間に装着される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記出力シャフトは、ベアリングを経て前記内部ギアの内壁に回転可能に装着される、請求項3、4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記減速器、遊星ギアボックス、及び保護装置は、ハウジング内に収容され、ねじれスプリングは、その一端が前記出力軸又は前記部材に固定され且つその他端がこのハウジングに固定されるようにして前記出力軸を取り巻き、これにより、前記部材が第1位置にあるときに、前記ねじれスプリングは、変形状態となり、前記部材を第2位置に向けて押しやるように配置される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記モータの一端には位置センサが装着され、この位置センサに隣接して前記モータシャフトの一端には磁石が装着され、前記位置センサは、前記モータシャフトの回転に応答して電圧信号を発生するように構成される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記モータシャフトの周囲に離間された2つの位置センサがあって、前記モータシャフトの回転に応答して、位相差を有する信号を発生し、この位相差は、前記モータシャフトの回転方向を指示する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記減速器は、2対のウォーム及びウォームギアを含み、一方の対のウォーム及びウォームギアのウォームは、前記モータシャフトに固定され、そして他方の対のウォーム及びウォームギアのウォームギアは、前記太陽ギアに固定される、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の装置。
