Claims (7)
- ガラスが、ガラス組成としてB 2 O 3 0〜11質量%、Na2O 1〜20質量%を含有し、質量比(Li 2 O+K 2 O)/Na 2 Oが0〜0.3、且つ30〜380℃の温度範囲における熱膨張係数が30〜100×10−7/℃となるように原料を調製する工程、該原料を溶融容器内で溶融した後、オーバーフローダウンドロー法によって板状に成形する工程、表面が無研磨面の状態で、成形した板状ガラスをイオン交換することによって、その表面に、圧縮応力が600MPa以上の圧縮応力層を形成する工程を有することを特徴とする強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- ガラスが、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 2〜20%、B2O3 0〜11%、Na2O 1〜20%、SrO+BaO 0〜3%を含有し、且つ質量比(Li 2 O+K 2 O)/Na 2 Oが0〜0.3となるように原料を調製することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- ガラスが、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 2〜20%、B2O3 0〜11%、Na2O 7.5〜20%、Li2O 0〜1%、K2O 0〜10%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0〜5%、SrO+BaO 0〜3%、ZrO2+TiO2 0〜5%を含有し、且つ質量比(Li2O+K2O)/Na2Oが0〜0.3となるように原料を調製することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 液相温度が1100℃以下のガラスとなるように原料を調製することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 液相粘度が104.0dPa・s以上のガラスとなるように原料を調製することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 板状ガラスの表面に形成する圧縮応力層の厚みが1μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の強化ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかの方法によって製造されてなることを特徴とする強化ガラス基板。
