Description
Claims (19)
- 粒子を懸濁するためのシステムであって、前記システムが、
複数の管を保持するための基材を備えた試薬ホルダを備える試薬カートリッジ、
を備え、前記複数の管が、
前記基材に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの試薬管と、
粒子を保持するための混合管であって、前記ホルダ内で回転可能であり、上端と、前記上端と反対側の端部に位置する下部とを備え、前記下部が、中央の長手方向に配置された円筒形部材と、前記円筒形部材の外側に配置されたスロットと、をさらに備える混合管とを備え、
前記スロット及び前記円筒形部材は、前記スロット及び前記円筒形部材を2つのピンによって係合するためのリニアアクチュエータを有するモータと作動的に連結可能であり、
前記混合管が、当該混合管のルーメン内に突出する第1の撹拌部材及び第2の撹拌部材をさらに備え、前記円筒形部材が回転することで前記第1の撹拌部材及び第2の撹拌部材が作動し、それによって前記粒子が懸濁される、システム。 - 前記粒子が磁化可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の撹拌部材及び前記第2の撹拌部材の断面が略三角形である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の撹拌部材及び前記第2の撹拌部材の断面が略半円形である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の撹拌部材及び前記第2の撹拌部材の断面が略矩形である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の撹拌部材及び前記第2の撹拌部材がブレードである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記混合管が円筒形である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記混合管が円錐台形である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記混合管が密封される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記混合管が押出し成形されたものである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記混合管が前記ホルダと着脱可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記試薬管が前記ホルダと着脱可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記試薬管の断面が略矩形である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記試薬管が略円筒形である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 粒子を溶液中に懸濁する方法であって、
複数の管を保持するための基材を備えた試薬ホルダであって、前記複数の管が、前記基材に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの試薬管と、前記ホルダ内で回転可能な混合管であって、上端と前記上端と反対側の端部に位置する下部とを備え、前記下部が、中央の長手方向に配置された円筒形部材と、前記円筒形部材の外側に配置されたスロットをさらに備え、且つ、前記スロットの一端が前記下部に位置して開口し、且つ、当該混合管のルーメン内に突出する第1の撹拌部材及び第2の撹拌部材をさらに備える混合管とを備える試薬ホルダを提供することと、
前記混合管に粒子溶液を分注することと、
前記混合管の前記スロット及び前記円筒形部材をそれらスロット及び円筒形部材を2つのピンによって係合するためのリニアアクチュエータを有するモータと係合することと、
混合プロトコルに従い前記ホルダ内の前記混合管を前記モータによって回転させることと、
前記モータを前記混合管から切り離すことと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記混合プロトコルが、
前記混合管を第1の時間周期にわたって第1の方向に回転させることと、
前記混合管を第2の時間周期にわたって第2の方向に回転させることと、
を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記混合プロトコルが、第1の段階と第2の段階とを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の段階が、前記混合管を第1の方向及び第2の方向の双方に、完全に1回転するように回転させることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の段階が、回転方向を15回切り替えることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
