Claims (3)
- ハイブリッド車両の電力変換装置を冷却する冷却装置と、前記冷却装置を制御する冷却装置制御装置を含み、前記電力変換装置と前記冷却装置制御装置がCAN通信ラインにより連結されたハイブリッド車両の電力変換装置の冷却制御方法において、
CAN通信が正常に行われる場合、前記冷却装置制御装置は、CAN通信を通じて前記電力変換装置の温度情報を受信し、その温度情報に基いて前記冷却装置の風量段数を制御する段階と、
前記電力変換装置の温度が冷却不足で上昇し、前記電力変換装置の内部温度センサーが過温度を感知すると、過温度保護ロジックが前記電力変換装置の温度を下げるため前記電力変換装置の出力を定められた基準値以下に制限する段階と、を備え、
CAN通信がエラーの場合、前記冷却装置制御装置は、CAN通信エラー時点の風力段階から前記電力変換装置の現在温度を推定して、この推定温度に合う風量段数にて前記冷却装置を制御する段階と、
前記電力変換装置が前記過温度保護ロジックの基準値である最小動作出力値より大きい出力を出している場合、前記電力変換装置の実際要求冷却量が不足していないと判断して、前記冷却装置制御装置が前記冷却装置の風量段数を1段階下に制御する段階と、
前記電力変換装置が前記過温度ロジックの基準値である最小動作出力値より小さい出力を出している場合、前記電力変換装置の実際要求冷却量が不足していると判断して、前記冷却装置制御装置が前記冷却装置の風量段数を1段階上に制御する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の電力変換装置の冷却制御方法。
- 前記過温度保護ロジックは、
前記電力変換装置の内部温度センサーで過温度を感知する過程と、
感知温度が過温度である場合、前記電力変換装置の出力を基準値である最小動作出力値以下に制限して前記電力変換装置の温度が下降するようにする過程と、
によって進められることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の電力変換装置の冷却制御方法。
- 前記冷却装置制御装置は、前記電力変換装置の温度が正常運用温度に復帰して前記過温度保護ロジックが解除され、前記電力変換装置の出力値が正常範囲で一定時間以上動作中である場合を検出すると、前記冷却装置の風量段数を下げる制御を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の電力変換装置の冷却制御方法。
