外周に撹拌部材としてのパドルを所定の螺旋ピッチで螺旋状に所定の角度ピッチ間隔で並ぶように複数立設した第1の回転軸と、外周に撹拌部材としてのパドルを所定の螺旋ピッチで、第1の回転軸の螺旋とは逆螺旋状に所定の角度ピッチ間隔で並ぶように複数立設した第2の回転軸とを筐体内で平行に配置して互いに不等速で逆方向に回転させ、混練物をパドルにより混練する混練装置であって、
前記複数のパドルは、パドル面が混練物を送り方向に進める方向に向いた正相パドルと、パドル面が混練物を逆方向に戻す方向に向いた逆相パドルとを含み、
前記逆相パドルの混練物排出側であって該逆相パドルの混練物排出側に隣接する正相パドルよりも混練物投入側に、混練物を部分的にせき止めるせき板が取り付けられることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 外周に撹拌部材としてのパドルを所定の螺旋ピッチで螺旋状に所定の角度ピッチ間隔で並ぶように複数立設した第1の回転軸と、外周に撹拌部材としてのパドルを所定の螺旋ピッチで、第1の回転軸の螺旋とは逆螺旋状に所定の角度ピッチ間隔で並ぶように複数立設した第2の回転軸とを筐体内で平行に配置して互いに不等速で逆方向に回転させ、混練物をパドルにより混練する混練装置であって、
前記複数のパドルは、パドル面が混練物を送り方向に進める方向に向いた正相パドルと、パドル面が混練物を逆方向に戻す方向に向いた逆相パドルとを含み、
前記逆相パドルの混練物排出側であって該逆相パドルの混練物排出側に隣接する正相パドルよりも混練物投入側に、混練物を部分的にせき止めるせき板が取り付けられることを特徴とする混練装置。 - 前記せき板が、筐体の上部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の混練装置。
- 前記せき板が、筐体の側部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の混練装置。
