Description
互いに逆方向に不等速で回転する平行に配置された2本の回転軸のそれぞれに、混練部材としてのパドルを所定の螺旋ピッチで所定の角度ピッチ間隔で互いに逆方向に回転する螺旋状に並ぶように対向して配置し、両回転軸の回転により被混練物を混練する混練装置であって、
各回転軸のパドルの螺旋ピッチの比が両回転軸の回転数比と逆比に、また、角度ピッチの比が該回転数比と同比となるように設定されており、
両回転軸の各パドルは、それぞれ同一形状であり、パドルの先端面を上側の面、回転軸に向う面を下側の面、両側面を左右側の面として、上下側の面と左右側の面はそれぞれ回転軸の軸芯に平行に延びる面を形成し、回転軸の延びる方向に見てパドルの前後側の面は回転軸の軸芯に垂直な面を形成する立体形状のパドルであって、その下側の面が回転軸に向くように、回転軸に取り付けられ、
各パドルの前記上側の面は凸状に湾曲し、また左右側の面は、それぞれ同一形状で、上部が垂直方向に下方に延び、続いて内側に凹状に湾曲した湾曲面となって下側の面に連続していて、該下側の面と前後側の面は平面となっており、
前記両回転軸は、回転時各パドルの凸状に湾曲した上側の面が対向するパドルの左右側の面に形成された凹状の湾曲面に入り込むように、近接配置され、
請求項1の発明では、前記パドルの上側の面は、回転軸に沿った長さが回転方向に沿った長さより長く、請求項2の発明では、前記パドルの湾曲面の曲率は、パドルの上面部では大きく、下面部では小さくなっていることを特徴とする。

- 互いに逆方向に不等速で回転する平行に配置された2本の回転軸のそれぞれに、混練部材としてのパドルを所定の螺旋ピッチで所定の角度ピッチ間隔で互いに逆方向に回転する螺旋状に並ぶように対向して配置し、両回転軸の回転により被混練物を混練する混練装置であって、
各回転軸のパドルの螺旋ピッチの比が両回転軸の回転数比と逆比に、また、角度ピッチの比が該回転数比と同比となるように設定されており、

前記パドルの湾曲面の曲率は、パドルの上面部では大きく、下面部では小さくなっていることを特徴とする混練装置。 - 前記螺旋状に配列された各回転軸のパドル配列を1条の螺旋配列として、各回転軸の軸方向の位置と同じ位置で、その位置に取り付けられたパドルの取り付け角度から、nを1以上の正の整数として前記1条の螺旋配列における角度ピッチのn倍の角度だけ異なるそれぞれの角度位置に、パドルを取り付けて1条の螺旋配列とし、各回転軸のパドル配列を2条の螺旋配列としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の混練装置。
