Description
1)ガラス板上で吸気装置と接続する外側表面に、吸気孔を囲んでガラス板と固着して一体となる金属層を予め作製(配置、提供)する。
2)吸気完成後、金属ろう付けプロセスによって、密封部材と吸気孔周りの金属層とを気密溶接させ、吸気孔の密封を実現する。
1−1)ガラス板表面に金属ペースト塗布層を作製する。
1−2)ガラス板を加熱し、ガラス板と固着して一体となる金属化層を形成するよう金属ペースト塗布層を焼結する。
1、密封部材と吸気孔周りの金属層間は面接着であり、密封は確実で、接着は堅固である。
2、ろう付け材料は密封部材とガラス板間に封止され、酸化が発生し難く、接着構造の安定性を保証し、使用寿命を向上した。
3、吸気孔に凹孔を設置することによって、密封部材を凹孔中に嵌挿し、その外表面をガラス板の高さに揃え、真空ガラス製品の外表面の一致性を保持するだけでなく、真空ガラスの後の搬送と取り付けに便利である。密封部材の外表面を商標の貼り付け箇所として用いると、外観上優れており、且つ、上品である。
4、密封部材と金属層との溶接は一瞬で完成できるため、強化ガラス又は半強化ガラス素材の組織を変化させてその性能に影響を及ぼすことはない。
Claims (8)
- 真空ガラス吸気孔の密封方法であって、
1)ガラス板上で吸気装置と接続する外側表面に、吸気孔を囲んで前記ガラス板と固着して一体となる金属層を予め作製するステップと、
2)吸気完成後、金属ろう付けプロセスによって、密封部材と前記吸気孔周りの前記金属層を気密溶接し、前記吸気孔の密封を実現するステップと、を含み、
前記金属層は焼結により前記ガラス板表面に形成される金属化層であり、前記金属化層の作製ステップは、
1−1)前記ガラス板表面に金属ペースト塗布層を作製すること、及び、
1−2)前記ガラス板を加熱し、前記ガラス板と固着して一体となる金属化層を形成するよう前記金属ペースト塗布層を焼結することを含み、
前記ガラス板上で吸気装置に対して後ろ向きの裏側表面に、前記吸気孔と同心の凹孔が設置され、前記金属化層はこの凹孔の底面上に作製され、前記密封部材は前記凹孔中に位置することを特徴とする真空ガラス吸気孔の密封方法。 - 前記金属ペースト塗布層は、浸漬、スプレー塗布、シルクスクリーン、手作業塗布又は機械塗布方式で前記ガラス板表面上に作製されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ガラス吸気孔の密封方法。
- 前記密封部材全体はろう付けに適する金属素材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ガラス吸気孔の密封方法。
- 前記密封部材はガラスを基体として、前記密封部材の基体を構成するガラスの表面に前記金属化層が作製されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ガラス吸気孔の密封方法。
- 真空ガラス吸気孔の密封構造であって、
密封部材と、ガラス板上で吸気孔を囲んで予め作製されると共に前記ガラス板と固着する金属層と、から構成され、
前記密封部材は前記吸気孔上を封止し、金属ろう付けプロセスによって、前記金属層を気密溶接し、
前記金属層は焼結により前記ガラス板表面に形成される金属化層であり、前記金属化層の作製ステップは、
1−1)前記ガラス板表面に金属ペースト塗布層を作製すること、及び、
1−2)前記ガラス板を加熱し、前記ガラス板と固着して一体となる金属化層を形成するよう前記金属ペースト塗布層を焼結することを含み、
前記ガラス板上で吸気装置に対して後ろ向きの裏側表面に、前記吸気孔と同心の凹孔が設置され、前記金属化層はこの凹孔の底面上に作製され、前記密封部材は前記凹孔中に位置することを特徴とする真空ガラス吸気孔の密封構造。 - 前記金属ペースト塗布層は、浸漬、スプレー塗布、シルクスクリーン、手作業塗布又は機械塗布方式でガラス板表面上に作製されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の真空ガラス吸気孔の密封構造。
