Claims (13)
- 半導体照明デバイスが実装された回路基板と、該回路基板を覆うレンズとを有する半導体照明管用の端キャップ組立体であって、
前記レンズと係合するよう構成されたレンズ係合面、及び固定設備のソケットコネクタと嵌合するよう構成された外部嵌合インタフェースを有する端キャップ本体と、
該端キャップ本体から延びる端キャップコネクタであって、前記回路基板に電気接続されるよう構成された第1嵌合部、及び前記ソケットコネクタに電気接続されるよう構成された第2嵌合部を有するコンタクトを保持する端キャップコネクタと
を具備し、
前記端キャップコネクタは、前記コンタクトが前記回路基板上のコンタクトパッドと整列するように、前記回路基板に実装されたコネクタ本体を有し、
前記コンタクトは前記コンタクトパッドに半田付けされることを特徴とする端キャップ組立体。 - 前記端キャップコネクタは、前記コンタクトを保持するコネクタ本体を有し、
該コネクタ本体は、前記端キャップ本体と一体に形成されるか、又は前記端キャップ本体とは別体に設けられ該端キャップ本体に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端キャップ組立体。 - 前記端キャップ本体は円形断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の端キャップ組立体。
- 前記端キャップ本体は、前記照明管に面する内端と、前記ソケットコネクタに面する外端とを有し、
前記端キャップ本体は、前記外端から外方へ延びる突出部を有し、
該突出部は、前記ソケットコネクタの一部を受容するよう構成された室を有し、
前記コンタクトは前記室内に露出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の端キャップ組立体。 - 前記照明管は、背向配置された前記回路基板を有し、
前記コンタクトは、一方の前記回路基板と係合する第3嵌合部を有し、
前記第1嵌合部は、他方の前記回路基板と係合することを特徴とする請求項4記載の端キャップ組立体。 - 前記端キャップ本体は、前記照明管に対して前記端キャップ本体を方向付けるよう前記照明管の一部と係合する整列構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1項記載の端キャップ組立体。
- 前記端キャップコネクタは、前記回路基板の一縁を受容するよう構成されたスロットを有し、
前記コンタクトは、前記回路基板が前記スロットに受容される際に前記回路基板上のコンタクトパッドと嵌合するように、前記端キャップコネクタにより保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端キャップ組立体。 - 前記コンタクトは、打ち抜き加工及び曲げ加工されており、円形断面を有する前記第2嵌合部に丸められたピンを定めることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端キャップ組立体。
- 前記端キャップ本体は、前記照明管に面する内端と、前記ソケットコネクタに面する外端とを有し、
該外端はほぼ平坦であり、
前記コンタクトは、前記ソケットコネクタと嵌合するために、前記外端から外方へ延びるピンを定めることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端キャップ組立体。 - 前記回路基板に対して所定位置に前記コネクタ本体を保持するために、前記回路基板と係合するよう構成された少なくとも1個の固定構造をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の端キャップ組立体。
- 前記端キャップ本体は、前記コネクタ本体とは別体に設けられると共に、前記端キャップコネクタに対して前記端キャップ本体を固定するために、前記コネクタ本体及び前記コンタクトの少なくとも一方に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端キャップ組立体。
- 前記端キャップ本体は、固定具により前記照明管に固定されるよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端キャップ組立体。
- 前記コンタクトは、前記照明管から前記端キャップ本体を取り外すことにより、前記回路基板から分離できることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端キャップ組立体。
