技术领域
本发明涉及照明制造领域,特别是一种便于自动化生产的防水条形灯。
背景技术
在节能环保的背景下,LED灯具因其具有出光效率高、聚光性能好而越来越多地应用于居家、商业照明领域。
现有技术中灯具一般包括灯架、灯腔、电路板以及灯头,灯头的端盖用来封装灯具的安装口,为了与外部电源连接,灯头带有外接插接件,外接插接件的另一端穿过所述端盖与灯腔内的电路板连接,目前,外接插接件一般通过导线焊接的方式与所述电路板连接,这样就需要手工装配,装配效率低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种便于自动化生产的防水灯头,以解决上述技术问题。
一种便于自动化生产的防水条形灯,包括:
条形灯架;
灯腔,设置在所述条形灯架上且沿着长度方向延伸,至少一端设有安装口;
发光电路板,设置在所述灯腔中,一端设有第一电连接件,所述第一电连接件靠近所述安装口;
防水灯头,设置在所述安装口上;
所述防水灯头包括:
端盖,设置在所述安装口上,带有插接孔;
插接头,根部与所述端盖的内侧固定连接,本体伸入所述灯腔且与所述灯腔的内壁之间设有第一防水结构;
电连接组件,包括设置在所述插接孔上的外接件,设置在所述插接头上与所述第一电连接件弹性抵紧实现电连接的第二电连接件以及连接所述外接件与所述第二电连接件的导电件,所述导电件穿过所述插接头中并通过第二防水结构密封穿过的通道。
优选的,所述第一防水结构包括:
前挡板,设置在所述插接头上;
后挡板,与所述前挡板间隔设置从而在插接头与所述灯腔的内壁之间形成第一注胶腔,所述第一注胶腔带有注胶孔。
优选的,在前挡板和后挡板之间设有连接柱,连接柱的外轮廓较小于灯腔横截面的内轮廓使所述第一注胶腔成环形。
优选的,所述插接头在所述后挡板的外侧设有所述第二防水结构。
优选的,所述第二防水结构为环绕所述通道的第二注胶腔,所述第二注胶腔与所述第一注胶腔导通。
优选的,所述第一防水结构在垂直所述条形灯架的长度方向上可拆分为与所述插接头固定连接的上部和与所述上部可拆卸连接的下部。
优选的,所述上部和下部在连接处设有所述通道。
优选的,所述插接头与所述电连接组件一体注塑成型。
优选的,所述插接头、第一防水结构与所述电连接组件一体注塑成型。
优选的,所述第一电连接件设有导电区域,所述第二电连接件为与导电区域抵紧的弹片。
优选的,所述灯腔为透明材质一体成型制造。
本发明的技术效果:
本发明的便于自动化生产的防水条形灯,将电连接组件的第二电连接件和发光电路板上的第一电连接件通过弹性抵紧实现电连接,只要将防水灯头插入灯腔即可完成导电连接,避免需要手工焊接操作,且整体密封效果佳,可以自动化生产。

具体实施方式
以下基于附图对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
如图1~5所示,本实施例的便于自动化生产的防水条形灯,包括条形灯架100、灯腔101、发光电路板200和防水灯头300。
条形灯架100可以由金属材料制成,用于承载其他部件。在本实施例中,所述条形灯架100由铝挤压成型,由于发光电路板200在通电发光的同时,会生成大量的热,该铝制的条形灯架100有助于散热。
灯腔101设置在所述条形灯架100上且沿着长度方向延伸,灯腔101用于容纳发光电路板200,其可以是通过光学元件(例如灯罩)与所述条形灯架100扣合形成,扣合处需要进行密封,此为现有技术不赘述,也可以是一体成型制造,本实施例中,灯腔101为透明材质一体成型制造,透明材料一般选用透明的塑料,减少装配和密封材料且密封效果更好。灯腔101至少一端设有安装口102,也可以两端设有安装口102,另一端也可以采用本实施例的防水灯头300封装,也可以采用现有技术封装,不赘述。
发光电路板200设置在所述灯腔101中,其上设有发光模块,发光模块可以采用LED芯片,此为现有技术不赘述,发光电路板200一端设有第一电连接件201,所述第一电连接件201靠近所述安装口102。
防水灯头300设置在所述安装口102上,防水灯头300包括端盖301、插接头302和电连接组件304。防水灯头300用于封装安装口102并设有外接件3041来连接外部电源。所述端盖301设置在所述安装口102上,带有插接孔3011,一般固定在所述安装口102外,有时会部分伸入所述安装口102,端盖301与条形灯架100固定连接,本实施例中通过螺丝3012固定连接。插接头302用于设置第二电连接件3042与所述发光电路板200电连接,插接头302的根部3021与所述端盖301的内侧3012固定连接,本体伸入所述灯腔101且与所述灯腔102的内壁之间设有第一防水结构303,第一防水结构303可以是固体的弹性密封件,例如密封圈等结构,为了提高防水等级,还可以通过设置注胶腔的方式实现密封防水。本实例中,所述第一防水结构303包括前挡板3031和后挡板3032;前挡板3031设置在所述插接头302上;后挡板3032与所述前挡板3031间隔设置从而在插接头302与所述灯腔102的内壁之间形成第一注胶腔3033,所述第一注胶腔3033带有注胶孔3034。注胶孔3034设置在所述灯腔101上。
电连接组件304包括设置在所述插接孔3011上的外接件3041,设置在所述插接头302上与所述第一电连接件201弹性抵紧实现电连接的第二电连接件3042以及连接所述外接件3041与所述第二电连接件3042的导电件3043,所述导电件3043穿过所述插接头302中并通过第二防水结构305密封穿过的通道3022。电连接组件304一般为一个整体的部件,因此需要考虑装配问题。外接件3041可以带导线穿过插接孔3011伸出所述端盖300,也可以是插座的形式设置在所述端盖300内侧。本实施例中,外接件3041为插座,插口设置在所述插接孔3011上。
为了减少胶水的用量,在前挡板3031和后挡板3032之间设有连接柱3133,连接柱3133的外轮廓较小于灯腔101横截面的内轮廓,从而使第一注胶腔3033成环形,减少胶水的用量。
同时,所述插接头302在所述后挡板3032的外侧设有所述第二防水结构305,具体的,所述第二防水结构305为环绕所述通道3022的第二注胶腔3051,为了便于注胶,所述第二注胶腔3051与所述第一注胶腔3033导通。
为了便于制造和安装,本实施例中,所述第一防水结构303在垂直所述条形灯架100的长度方向上可拆分为与所述插接头302固定连接的上部3035和与所述上部3035可拆卸连接的下部3036。这样可以方便安装所述电连接组件304。所述上部3035和下部3036在连接处设有所述通道3022。上部3035和下部3036分体时,便于安装电连接组件304,安装好后再拼接上部3035和下部3036,完成固定。
将电连接组件304固定在上部3035上,再下部3036与上部3035装配好,既用来固定电连接组件304,同时下部3036也与上部3035配合后形成前后两个注胶腔,前后两个注胶腔填充胶后可以更好的提高防水效果,最后插接头302再与端盖301组装再一起形成防水灯头300,此防水灯头300可以省去人工焊线的麻烦,实现自动装配。
本发明的第二电连接件3042和第一电连接件201通过弹性抵紧实现电连接,本实施例的所述第一电连接件201设有导电区域2011,所述第二电连接件3042为与导电区域2011抵紧的弹片。导电区域2011为导电片或者金属箔,除了弹片和导电区域2011配合外,还可以采用插针和导电针孔的方式连接,此为实现插接式电连接的现有技术,本发明中不赘述。一般电连接分为正负极,因此,本实施例的第二电连接件3042设有并排的两个,分别为正负极。导电件3043可以采用导线,也分为正负极两根导线。
如图6和7所示,第二防水结构305除了上述方式密封外,还可以直接通过一体成型制造实现,在另一个实施例中,所述插接头302与所述电连接组件304一体注塑成型。进一步的,所述插接头302、第一防水结构303与所述电连接组件304一体注塑成型。第二防水结构305即插接头302本体,从而只需要设置第一防水结构303即可,整体结构更简单,但是上述工艺成本较高,且不适用在导电件3043过长的电连接组件304,在实际安装中,本实施例的插接头302分体设置,固定第二电连接件3042的安装部3023与所述插接头302主体可拆卸连接。

条形灯架(100);
灯腔(101),设置在所述条形灯架(100)上且沿着长度方向延伸,至少一端设有安装口(102);
发光电路板(200),设置在所述灯腔(101)中,一端设有第一电连接件(201),所述第一电连接件(201)靠近所述安装口(102);
防水灯头(300),设置在所述安装口(102)上;
其特征在于,所述防水灯头(300)包括:
端盖(301),设置在所述安装口(102)上,带有插接孔(3011);
插接头(302),根部(3021)与所述端盖(301)的内侧(3012)固定连接,本体伸入所述灯腔且与所述灯腔(102)的内壁之间设有第一防水结构(303);
电连接组件(304),包括设置在所述插接孔(3011)上的外接件(3041),设置在所述插接段(302)上与所述第一电连接件(201)弹性抵紧实现电连接的第二电连接件(3042)以及连接所述外接件(3041)与所述第二电连接件(3042)的导电件(3043),所述导电件(3043)穿过所述插接头(302)中并通过第二防水结构(305)密封穿过的通道(3022)。

前挡板(3031),设置在所述插接头(302)上;
后挡板(3032),与所述前挡板(3031)间隔设置从而在插接头(302)与所述灯腔(102)的内壁之间形成第一注胶腔(3033),所述第一注胶腔(3033)带有注胶孔(3034)。

5.根据权利要求4所述的便于自动化生产的防水条形灯,其特征在于,所述第二防水结构(305)为环绕所述通道(3022)的第二注胶腔(3051),所述第二注胶腔(3051)与所述第一注胶腔(3033)导通。
6.根据权利要求4所述的便于自动化生产的防水条形灯,其特征在于,所述第一防水结构(303)在垂直所述条形灯架(100)的长度方向上可拆分为与所述插接头(302)固定连接的上部(3035)和与所述上部(3035)可拆卸连接的下部(3036)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的便于自动化生产的防水条形灯,其特征在于,所述上部(3035)和下部(3036)在连接处设有所述通道(3022)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的便于自动化生产的防水条形灯,其特征在于,所述插接头(302)与所述电连接组件(304)一体注塑成型。
9.根据权利要求1所述的便于自动化生产的防水条形灯,其特征在于,所述插接头(302)、第一防水结构(303)与所述电连接组件(304)一体注塑成型。
10.根据权利要求1~9任一权利要求所述的便于自动化生产的防水条形灯,其特征在于,所述第一电连接件(201)设有导电区域(2011),所述第二电连接件(3042)为与导电区域(2011)抵紧的弹片。
11.根据权利要求1~9任一权利要求所述的便于自动化生产的防水条形灯,其特征在于,所述灯腔(101)为透明材质一体成型制造。
