Abstract

一种LED照明灯管,包括:一个电路板、两个支架、一个灯罩及两个连接器,所述电路板包括第一面和与该第一面相对的第二面,该第一面上安装有多颗LED;所述电路板的两端分别固定在两个支架上,所述两个支架分别固定在两个连接器上,所述灯罩套装在电路板和两个支架外,所述灯罩的两端分别抵持在两连接器上,所述灯罩与电路板之间不接触。本发明结构简单、易于组装,且透光率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明灯管。
背景技术
日光灯是在灯管里面装入一些特殊的气体,又在灯管的管壁上涂上荧光粉,通电之后由于气体放电而产生光。因为日光灯的光是很温和的,不伤眼睛,而且用起来比白炽灯省电,成为人们室内照明的首选。近年来随着LED技术的发展,LED以其体积小、耗电量低、使用寿命长、高亮度、低热量而且环保等优点越来越受到市场的认可。现今市场上出现了以LED作为光源的照明灯管,但其整体结构复杂,不容易组装及拆卸。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种结构简单的LED照明灯管。
一种LED照明灯管,包括:一个电路板、两个支架、一个灯罩及两个连接器,所述电路板包括第一面和与该第一面相对的第二面,该第一面上安装有多颗LED;所述电路板的两端分别固定在两个支架上,所述两个支架分别固定在两个连接器上,所述灯罩套装在电路板和两个支架外,所述灯罩的两端分别抵持在两连接器上,所述灯罩与电路板之间不接触。
本发明结构简单、易于组装,且透光率高。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参考图1和2和图5,其揭示了本发明一实施方式的LED照明灯管100。该LED照明灯管100整体呈圆柱状,其包括电路板10、支架20、灯罩30和连接器40。
该电路板10包括第一面11和与该第一面11相对的第二面12。其中,该第一面11上安装有若干颗LED灯。在本实施方式中,该电路板10的形状为长条形,在电路板10上还形成有贯穿该第一面11到该第二面12的通孔14。在本实施方式中,该通孔14呈圆形,其数目为四个并均匀分布在电路板10的四个角上。在其他实施方式中,通孔14的形状和数目可以根据实际需要确定。
该支架20共有两个,每个支架20包括两个侧壁21,该两个侧壁21通过一连接壁连接在一起。每个侧壁21上形成有沿其长度方向延伸的螺孔211。在本实施方式中,该螺孔211为通孔。每个侧壁21的一端向外延伸出一支脚22,该两个支脚22大致平行、并向同一方向延伸,两支脚22上均伸出有一热熔柱23。热熔柱23穿过电路板10上的通孔14,热熔柱23部分被熔化后将两支架20固定在电路板10两端。
该灯罩30为一中空圆柱体,其用于容纳该电路板10和该支架20,在本实施方式中,该灯罩30的材质为玻璃。
请参考图2和图3,该连接器40共有两个,均为桶状结构,该两个连接器40位于LED照明灯管100两端。每个连接器40的一端为封闭端41,另一端为开口端。连接器40的内壁上具有一圆形凸台42,该封闭端41上形成有两个中空的热熔孔柱43,每个热熔孔柱43用于固定一接线柱44。
请参考图2、图4和图5,接线柱44大致呈圆柱状,接线柱44的一端具有一连接柱441,另一端形成有一螺孔442。该螺孔442内螺纹连接有一螺栓444,该螺栓444用于固定与电路板10电连接的导线(图未示)。接线柱44在靠近封闭端41的一段具有防滑纹443。接线柱44以热熔的方式固定在热熔孔柱43中,接线柱44的一端露出于连接器40的封闭端41外以与外部电源座(图未示)电连接。
封闭端41上具有两个通孔46,通孔46间的间距与支架20的两个螺孔211间的间距相一致,用于将螺栓(图未示)穿过该通孔旋入螺孔211中,以使连接器40固定在LED照明灯管100两端,在本实施方式中,该通孔46向内凹陷形成一末端为圆环面的孔柱45,螺栓安装在孔柱45中,螺栓隐藏在产品内部,使产品整体美观大方。

Claims (7)

1.一种LED照明灯管,包括:一个电路板、两个支架、一个灯罩及两个连接器,所述电路板包括第一面和与该第一面相对的第二面,该第一面上安装有多颗LED;所述电路板的两端分别固定在两个支架上,所述两个支架分别固定在两个连接器上,所述灯罩套装在电路板和两个支架外,所述灯罩的两端分别抵持在两连接器上,所述灯罩与电路板之间不接触,其特征在于:所述支架一端面向外延伸出两支脚,两支脚大致平行,两支脚上各具有一热熔柱,该电路板形成有贯穿该第一面到该第二面的通孔,该热熔柱穿过该电路板上的通孔,该热熔柱部分被熔化后将该电路板两端分别固定在两支架上。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯管,其特征在于,所述电路板的形状为长条形。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯管,其特征在于,所述两支架中每一支架上垂直于其端面具有两个螺孔,该螺孔贯穿该支架,所述两个连接器中每一连接器为一桶状,具有一封闭端,所述封闭端的内表面还伸出有两个柱体,每一柱体的端面上开设有贯穿该封闭端的通孔,一螺栓穿过该中空柱体旋入螺孔中,从而将支架固定在连接器上。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯管,其特征在于,所述灯罩为一圆形中空柱体。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED照明灯管,其特征在于,所述两个连接器中每一连接器为一桶状,所述每一连接器内壁上延伸出一圆形凸台,所述灯罩的两端分别抵持在所述圆形凸台上。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯管,其特征在于,所述灯罩的材质为玻璃。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯管,其特征在于,所述连接器上具有一接线柱,该接线柱的一端具有一连接柱以与外界电连接,另一端沿端面向内形成一螺孔,该螺孔内具有一螺栓,该螺栓用于固定与电路板电连接的导线。
