Abstract

一种灯管固定结构,包括发光组件及灯头,发光组件包括灯罩,灯板及散热件。所述散热件包括基部和固定部,所述基部包括相互间隔的两个自由端,自该两个自由端相向延伸出两支撑部,两支撑部与固定部连接,该灯罩和灯板固定在固定部上。所述灯头包括中空的壳体及位于所述壳体内部的两个定位柱。所述两个定位柱分别抵靠所述两支撑部的末端,从而阻止壳体相对所述散热件转动。上述的灯管固定结构可有效节省装配时间,提高装配效率。

灯管固定结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯管固定结构,尤其涉及一种能够防误插组装的LED灯管固定结构。
背景技术
LED(发光二极管)作为发光源的日光灯管具有高亮度、节能、无噪音、无频闪、使用寿命长、通用性好等优点,已在家居、办公室、商场等地得到广泛的使用。
通常,通过螺钉等紧固件将灯管两端的灯头固定在发光组件上。在LED灯管组装过程中,将灯头插接在发光组件上并不断旋转灯头直到灯头上的螺孔对准发光体上的螺孔,再通过螺钉锁定。由于在定位螺孔时,需要不断旋转灯头试探查找螺孔,且如不慎由其他外力作用使定位好的灯头旋转,要重新查找定位螺孔,增加了装配LED灯管的时间。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供LED灯管固定结构,该固定结构具有防误插组装功效,节省组装时间。
一种灯管,包括发光组件及灯头,所述发光组件包括灯罩,灯板及散热件。所述散热件包括基部和固定部,所述基部包括相互间隔的两个自由端,自该两个自由端相向延伸出两支撑部,两支撑部与固定部连接,该灯罩和灯板固定在固定部上。所述灯头包括中空的壳体及位于所述壳体内部的两个定位柱。所述两个定位柱分别抵靠所述两支撑部的末端,从而阻止壳体相对所述散热件转动。
上述LED灯管固定结构,通过在灯头的壳体内设置定位柱,使得在将灯头固定在散热件上时,可准确找到插接位置,无需旋转试探查找定位孔。因此,上述的固定结构可有效节省装配时间,提高装配效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,其揭示了本发明较佳实施方式的LED灯管100。灯管100包括发光组件10和灯头20。灯头20固定在发光组件10的两端,发光组件10通过灯头20的引脚22固定在用于固持灯管100的固持部(图未示),并与该固持部的相应端子接触以建立电连接,如此电能通过该固持部传输至该灯管100。
如图2所示,所述发光组件10包括散热件11、灯板12和灯罩13。本实施方式中,该散热件11由具有良好导热性的材料如铝合金板制作。所述灯板12的正面安装阵列式布置的发光二极管。灯头20的引脚22通过导线与各发光二极管相连(图未示)。灯罩13由透明且防火的材料制成,其呈半圆柱形。灯板12和灯罩13依次固定在散热件11上。
请一并参考图3,该散热件11包括基部110和固定部120。本实施方式中,所述基部110呈半圆柱形,配合灯罩13使发光组件10整体呈圆柱形。该基部110的两自由端相向延伸出两支撑部111。该两支撑部111的长度小于基部110的半径。该固定部120的数量共两个,每个固定部120自一支撑部111向上伸出,其包括卡扣件121和限位部122,所述卡扣件121为垂直支撑部111向上延伸的L形钩板,使得卡扣件121中心形成不封闭的第一卡槽130,其中,L形钩板的自由端在支撑部111的第一末端112的内侧。该限位部122垂直该卡扣件121的侧壁背向第一末端112的方向延伸,该限位部122的自由端与支撑部111的第二末端113对齐,使得限位部122与支撑部111之间形成第二卡槽131,其中,第一末端112位于支撑部111的外侧,第二末端113位于支撑部111的内侧。所述灯板12的两侧边收容于该第二卡槽131内;灯罩13的两端配合散热件11的第一卡槽130相向设置两凸柱103,该凸柱103卡扣在散热件11的第一卡槽130内,从而将该灯罩13固定在散热件11上。将灯罩13和灯板12与散热件11固定连接,增强发光组件10的散热能力,有效延长灯管100的使用寿命。
请参考图4和图5,灯头20包括壳体21、引脚22及定位柱23。本实施方式中,该灯头呈圆柱形,配合发光组件10的两端设置。所述壳体21底部设有定位孔25及螺孔24,安装时,该定位孔25对应散热件11的第一卡槽130位置,将螺钉等紧固件穿过定位孔25锁定在第一卡槽130内,从而将壳体21固定在散热件11上,其中,选用的螺钉的直径大于第一卡槽130的内径。所述引脚22从壳体21内部贯穿螺孔24延伸出壳体21,并通过螺钉固定在壳体21上。所述定位柱23靠近定位孔25设置在壳体21的内壁上,使得装配时该定位柱23抵靠在支撑部111的第一末端112,防止灯罩13沿第一卡槽130滑动,并有效防止壳体21与散热件11相对转动。如此,在将灯头20连接在散热件11上时,将定位柱23对准支撑部111的第一末端112,从而准确定位,将灯头20固定在散热件11上,将灯头20套接在散热件11上使得定位柱23抵靠在支撑部111两端起到限位作用,如定位柱23未对准支撑部111的第一末端112,则灯头20无法插入散热件11内,有效防止误插。
上述LED灯管固定结构,通过在灯头20的壳体21内设置定位柱23,使得在将灯头20固定在散热件11上时,可准确找到插接位置,无需旋转试探查找定位孔。因此,上述的固定结构可有效节省装配时间,提高装配效率。

Claims (9)

1.一种灯管,包括发光组件及灯头,灯头固定在发光组件两端,所述发光组件包括灯罩、灯板及散热件,其特征在于:所述散热件包括基部和固定部,所述基部包括相互间隔的两个自由端,自该两个自由端相向延伸出两支撑部,两支撑部与固定部连接,该灯罩和灯板固定在固定部上;所述固定部的数量为两个,每个固定部自一支撑部向上伸出,其包括垂直支撑部向上延伸的卡扣件及垂直该卡扣件侧壁的限位部,该卡扣件中心形成不封闭的第一卡槽用于固定灯罩;该限位部配合支撑部形成第二卡槽用于固定灯板;所述支撑部包括第一末端和第二末端,第一末端位于支撑部的外侧,第二末端位于支撑部的内侧;所述灯头包括中空的壳体及位于所述壳体内部的两个定位柱,所述两个定位柱分别抵靠所述两支撑部的第一末端,从而阻止壳体相对所述散热件转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯管,其特征在于:所述卡扣件为垂直支撑部向上延伸L形钩板,该L形钩板的自由端在支撑部的第一末端内侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的灯管,其特征在于:所述限位部垂直该卡扣件的侧壁背向第一末端的方向延伸,该限位部的自由端与支撑部的第二末端对齐,使得限位部与支撑部之间形成第二卡槽。
4.如权利要求1所述的灯管,其特征在于:所述灯罩的自由端配合散热件的第一卡槽相向设置凸柱,该凸柱卡扣在散热件的第一卡槽内,从而将该灯罩固定在散热件上。
5.如权利要求1所述的灯管,其特征在于:所述基部的两端固定连接两固定部,并与固定部一体成型。
6.如权利要求1所述的灯管,其特征在于:所述壳体底部设有定位孔,该定位孔对应散热件的第一卡槽位置设置,将螺钉穿过定位孔锁定在第一卡槽内,从而将壳体固定在散热件上,其中,螺钉的直径大于第一卡槽的内径。 
7.如权利要求1所述的灯管,其特征在于:所述灯头还包括引脚,所述壳体底部还设有螺孔,该引脚从壳体内部贯穿螺孔延伸出壳体,并通过螺钉固定在壳体上。
8.如权利要求1所述的灯管,其特征在于:该散热件为铝合金板材料制成。
9.如权利要求1所述的灯管,其特征在于:所述灯罩由透明且防火材料制成,呈半圆柱形。
